Difference between a Post and a Page

OKAY! I know the difference now, for starters!?
A PAGE DOESN'T SHOW UP AT ALL ON THE SIDEBAR OF MY BLOG AND DOESN'T GO OUT PUBLICLY! Unless I send it out like I did. So I think that about sums it up. Now I'm gonna test something else, too. I'm going to make this Mang-Warrior picture its original size and see what happens. Normally when I hit send, it puts a picture of Manmade-Sheep onto the post and then other times it actually post with whatever picture I included in the post, SO!? Testing to see if the size of the picture I put in the post, causes it to show up on my google+ page or if the Manmade-Sheep cover shows up.
