I went on ahead and took my meds last night while getting enough rest and took my blood pressure this morning and it was still 177/109

So!?

I went on ahead got my stretches and workout DONE THIS MORNING!

Finished my shower.

Got halfway DRESSED!

Took my blood pressure reading JUST NOW!?

147/93!

FROM ONE DDP YOGA WORKOUT LESSON!

147/93 IS STILL HIGH, but NOT IN THE RANGE OF I'M GONNA HAVE A MASSIVE STROKE WHILE I TYPE THIS TYPE HIGH!

I had a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG TALK with Wayne last night and even he was shocked because IF HIS PRESSURE REACHES THE NUMBER I JUST POSTED OF 140 OVER 90...?

He can't function.
