Which is a Variable-Factor that can move the 50-50 BASE PERCENTAGE CHANCE, Up and Down.
Customs-&-Culture.
Another Variable-Factor, etc.

The Variable-Factors Themselves have Variable-Factors.
Which can then move the Base Percentage Chance even more wildly, example;
A HISTORY OF FAILURE.
A HISTORY OF SLAVERY.
A HISTORY LACKING PATTERN-RECOGNITION.
A HISTORY OF EXTERNAL-INTERFERENCE.

Note I listed nothing but negative History-Factors.
So We then KNOW that the Base Percentage Chance WILL GO DOWNWARDS.
So it will move more into the Realm of Detrimental.
