They make sure to keep Your Access to knowledge LIMITED TO NON-EXISTENT.

Mysteriously they pass NEW ORDINANCE LAWS that make "farming in your backyard ILLEGAL"!
Can't catch fish on your own WITHOUT A LICENSE AND YOU HAVE TO HAVE PROPER FACILITIES FOR ANY LARGE SCALE FISHING, supposedly to PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT AND KEEP PEOPLE FROM OVER-FISHING.
Meanwhile the only ones with AN UNGODLY RECORD OF OVER-DOING DAMN NEAR EVERYTHING TO THE DETRIMENT OF THE LAND IS THE FOOL TELLING YOU NOT TO DO SHIT FOR YOURSELF!
