Right after WWII, Black-Americans had gained enough FROM THE WAR to step up Our Incomes, something Whites WERE IMMEDIATELY WORKING TO UNDERMINE THE MOMENT WWII ENDED, by the Way.
So because of this, Black-Americans REFUSED TO KEEP DOING SLAVE-WAGE LABOR IN WHITE-AGRICULTURAL JOBS!!!!!
So all of a sudden, WHITES, who COULD HAVE INCREASED WAGES TO PAY OUR PEOPLE, as Usual, REFUSED!!!!!
And so, AS USUAL, Whites BECAME ENRAGED.
And the White-American GOVERNMENT IMMEDIATELY STRUCK A DEAL WITH THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT & BEGAN BRINGING IN MEXICANS THROUGH NATIONAL-PROGRAMS TO WORK ON THESE WHITE-FARMS!!!!!
So once again WE SEE that WHITES WILL ENACT GOVERNMENTAL POLICIES AT WHATEVER LEVEL/S THEY NEED TO, to HELP.

A 2018 study published in the American Economic Review found that the termination of the Bracero Program did not raise wages or employment for American-born farm workers.[5] A 2023 study in the American Economic Journal found that the termination of the program had adverse economic effects on American farmers and prompted greater farm mechanization.[6]
Temporary agricultural workers started being admitted with H-2 visas under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, and starting with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, have been admitted on H-2A visas.
