WE3 & Today's Itinerary Music by Noizinski - Inner Conflict and a painful lesson about BEING SALTY DUE2 WHERE I DECIDED TO EAT FOOD FROM LAST FRIDAY...!

MORNING.

From Philadelphia....

So I'm doing my final checks before heading out.

Temps are quickly climbing towards 92-degrees & yes, I'm headed out into it.

I have business to take care of today so I'm NOT at My Dayjob.

Last weekend I was reminded again of My Age & yesterday My Mothers & Others reminded Me that the Days of Me being able to do GIFTED PHYSICAL-WORK, are over.

Last Week Friday was especially a reminder of where I am at PHYSICALLY, were I've lost 5-pounds in two weeks from making changes in eating but decided to eat something I REALLY SHOULD'VE REMEMBERED WAS GONNA BE A PROBLEM, based off of, WHERE I WAS GETTING IT FROM.

Where Last Friday was FURTHER PROOF that horrifically HARMFUL FOOD IS DUMPED IN BLACK-AMERICAN COMMUNITIES. Where I decided to NOT GO to where I'd NORMALLY GO for such food, instead PREFERRING TO GO TO THE FRESH GROCER BUFFET-BAR FOR THE SAME THING...?

Thennnnnnnnnnnnnn, nearly being killed by it.

And no.

I'm NOT exaggerating.

Even My Dayjob boss was like "Uuuuuuu, the Salt...!?"

And I was like "Yeah. I forgot about that part & especially WHERE I WAS BUYING IT FROM. The amount of SALT dumped into the Food...!? Worse part was...!?"

And she finished the sentence for Me "Didn't taste not a lick of it when You ate it, did You!?"

"Exactly! But then as the night when on I WAS QUICKLY IN TROUBLE."

"Your blood pressure, YIKES!"

Yeah.

Yeah, YIKES is an UNDERSTATEMENT!

Came THIS CLOSE TO EITHER CALLING FOR AN AMBULANCE OR GOING TO THE ER AT JEFFERSON HOSPITAL, but, typical FOR ME.

I rolled the Dice where of course HAD I HAVE BEEN WRONG, well...!?

I'd have had a stroke & I certainly WOULDN'T BE TYPING THIS OR NONE OF THE THINGS THAT GOT POSTED DURING LAST WEEKEND.

Either way I got AN EARFUL FROM EVERYBODY, because I finally ADMITTED what'd happened, but, as You can CLEARLY READ.

I made it through that.

So now I need to get some business done & the temps are climbing, so even as I typed this now, it was 83-degrees & has already jumped to 84 & will CONTINUE TILL IT REACHES 90-WHATEVER, so!?
