Doing the Energy DDP-yoga workout is a slower and easier for me to deal with workout.
I think you've noticed that I haven't been working out or stretching this week.
I decided that I was gonna take this week off and let my body get rested up a little.
The Fat-Burner Lesson is WAY BETTER and I would have already GAIN DEFINITION AND DITCHED THE GUT, however!?
My abductors can't hold up to that lesson for any extended period of time, so!? By the time I reach muscle definition AND I DO MEAN ACTUAL MUSCLE DEFINITION OF MY STOMACH.
Abductors flare up and then I can't do ANYTHING! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! O_O Yes, I laughed at how ironic that is, SO!? I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE THE APPROACH OF;
"The Vengeance of Heaven is Slow but Sure...."
My Legs!? The Energy workout does wonders for THE LEGS, SO!? I am simply going to GRADUALLY START ADDING MAYBE ONE FAT-BURNER WORKOUT PER WEEK! See how that goes! While continuing with the Energy workout.
TOMORROW!? 16+ hour SHIFT! So when I leave out TOMORROW MORNING!? I won't be back TILL SATURDAY MORNING! HA! Lemme go get food ready FOR TOMORROW'S OVERNIGHT SHIFT!
