My Sleep Schedule is shot to shit and I'm extremely tired.

I forgot how getting back to working out can actually cause problems for Me, sleep-wise.
I'm now automatically waking up at 5am EST regardless of whatever time I go to sleep.
And it's causing problems.
I'm gonna have to start going to bed EARLIER.
To get back on track.
