Still Think Leaders CAN BE MADE and Aren't BORN...?

What did I type to you since day-1 of me creating this blog when it came to fighting AGAINST White Power Supremacy.

I've pointed out since day-1, that it will, transform you.

Ultimately.

You end up staring at the Fact, that to Destroy A Monster.

You Become, A Monster.

And this happens specifically because of how deeply twisted and warped We as Black People have become, intentionally engineered so, by Whites. So that they can keep the ill-gotten gains that they have. So once you begin to peel back the layers and layers of White Power Supremacy and then see just how deeply ingrained it is in everyone. 

And everything.

You end up having to ask Yourself some tough questions about "How far am I willing to go in undoing all of this." the Reality is that due to the massive damage that We have suffered as Black People, both here and abroad. A Right-Minded Black Person will know that telling Black People to MINDLESSLY run out into the streets and engage in reckless stupidity.

Is pointless.

Because a Right-Minded Black Person already understood from Jump Street that White Power Supremacy CAN ONLY BE THIS WAY DUE TO THE FAULTS AND FAILINGS OF 

PREVIOUS 

BLACK GENERATIONS BEFORE THEY CAME INTO EXISTENCE.

And now, you see...?

You see, when You are a Black Profiteer.

A...?

Nigger-Traitor.

An... Opportunist.

Or maybe...? 

Maybe...? 

You're just a flat out fuckin idiot.

Then you fuck that first part up.

You fuck up being able to grasp even this most basic, critical point.

That things are the Way that They Are.

Because those who CAME BEFORE YOU.

Fucked It Up.

We see these types of FACTS.

On a daily, regular, INTIMATE BASIS.

But The Extent to which We do anything about these things is directly impacted BY OUR OWN INVESTMENT IN NEEDING AND WANTING TO DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE THINGS, and lemme be clear.

When I typed that last sentence I am giving You Examples that ANYBODY, Black-White-Or-Otherwise. Knows that Their Own Families, can be fucked up. Their Community, can be fucked up. Their Personal Lives, can be fucked up. 

But the INVESTMENT INTO FIXING THAT is DIRECTLY TIED TO THEIR OWN NEED AND WANT, TO FIX IT.

And among the examples I just listed TIME AND HISTORY, DURATION of whatever it is that IS FUCKED UP, IS CRITICAL. It is CRITICAL because IT IMPACTS THE PERSON'S NEED-N-WANT TO FIX THINGS.

If one believes the problems are TOO DEEP, then they simply DON'T WANT TO EVEN TRY TO FIX THINGS. In those instances You're Dealing With A QUITTER and/or COWARD. Because note I typed THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX IT. That DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY DON'T NEED TO FIX IT. 

When We probe into how a person CAN KNOW THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING BUT DOESN'T WANT TO and thus, DOESN'T!?!?!?

Now We need to look BEYOND THEM.

Because no one, AND I MEAN NO ONE.

Is BORN. 

A COWARD AND A QUITTER.

This is A LEARNED BEHAVIOR.

Which means We now MUST LOOK AT THE PERSON'S ENVIRONMENT.

And within THEIR ENVIRONMENT.

Are THEIR PARENTS AND FAMILY-MEMBERS.

THE STATE OF THEIR COMMUNITY AND PEOPLE AS A WHOLE.

These are ALL FACTORS that ALSO HELPED SHAPE that child's PARENTS AND FAMILY-MEMBERS.

And were critical in shaping HOW THEY DO THINGS AND DID THINGS.

So You see, when you claim You Want to Help Black People.

Lead, Black People.

And TALK ABOUT WHAT WE NEED TO BE DOING?

If You cannot even get past the basic given in Our Equation OR ANYONE ELSE'S, because this can be applied to A GROUP OR INDIVIDUALS.

If You DO NOT ADDRESS that The Situation DID NOT EXIST AND BEGIN IN A VACUUM, in The VOID....

Everything has a STARTING POINT.

An ORIGINATING POINT, an Origin, EVEN PROBLEMS.

EVEN DYSFUNCTION.

Whether something is POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.

It HAS A ROOT-ORIGIN AND STARTING POINT.

And when We FAIL TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS. Then attempt to tackle the Issue or AN ISSUE. Then often times We find nothing but FRUSTRATION AND FAILURE AWAITS US. As it should for either Our Own Ignorance, Arrogance, Naivety, Stupidity or...?

Greed.

Or?

Selfishness, Our Own Self-Interest, can block Us from actually seeing this critical fact that nothing spins from out of thin-air. All things have a root-origin and starting point. So when We as Black People want to claim We wanna talk about or get involved in Black Issues and Politics-n-Policy and LEADERSHIP...?

 

Once you have decided to become a Transformer.

Then you better have thought about the consequences of becoming one before that. Because you can never, and will never, be the same again. And that goes for anyone of any race, who has decided that they wish to impact those around them. And things around them.

For Better.

Or For Worse.

Your Fundamental First Task as a Transformer is being able to see the fact that things did not become this way out of nowhere. And when you are a Black Transformer, then you are seeking TO CHANGE BLACK EXISTENCE, in some way.

Shape.

And Form.

If you can't even see the fact that the Only Way things are the way that they are FOR US is BECAUSE PREVIOUS BLACK GENERATIONS HAVE FAILED?

Then You.

Fail.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd, nevvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvver recover from it.

Because things can ONLY BE THE WAY THAT THEY ARE.

DUE TO THEM BEING ALLOWED TO BE THAT WAY.

Now?

Why am I up at before 5am EST typing this?

Because I just saw Cynthia G's latest video and she is lamenting why things are the way that they are for Us as Black People. And she is frustrated with how Black Americans are responding to Her. I am neither shocked nor surprised that she has reached this point. But it is interesting to see and hear Her Frustrations when, as I've pointed out to those of you reading this that I INTERACT WITH IN THE REAL-WORLD.

I already said she would end up here. And she has literal gone down the exact path I told some of you about off-line. One innate-quality, which I put in the header, the title of this post. Is the actual GOD-GIVEN ABILITY TO LEAD. This is the real reason why ALL OPPRESSORS ATTACK THE OPPRESSED CHILDREN. Because every child is born with VARIOUS abilities where I typed they are GOD-GIVEN. But the Reality is they come from THE ENTIRETY OF THE EXISTENCE OF THEIR FAMILY'S EXISTENCE.

Meaning some of Us can't figure out WHY WE HAVE such-n-such TALENT.

But Our DIRECT PARENTS DON'T.

THAT IS BECAUSE SOMEONE BEYOND YOUR PARENTS HAD THAT ABILITY.

It is rarely, honestly looked at, that one may have the genes and the drive, of PREVIOUS LEADERS IN THEIR OWN FAMILY. The Family-Member may have been a GREAT SPEAKER. Which is a Leadership-Trait.

The Family-Member may have been INSIGHTFUL.

Yet ANOTHER, Leadership-Trait.

Bits-n-pieces of PREVIOUS GENERATIONS.

That LITERALLY HAVE COME TOGETHER IN YOU.

And while you can HAVE these traits.

Ultimately they express themselves WHEN YOU ARE A CHILD.

They DO NOT exhibit themselves when you HAPPEN TO TURN 20, 30, 40, etc! One of the key characteristics, one of the critical-traits, is the ability to NOT BE HAPPY when You are NOT BEING HEARD AND LISTENED TO. But to understand that perhaps I NEED TO LISTEN TO WHAT I AM BEING TOLD AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. 

Leaders?

Adjust accordingly.

They don't keep trying to ignore those they are trying to lead when told certain things.

And they don't trivialize things that they have been told repeatedly, this is a major issue or sticking point. You ADJUST.

ACCORDINGLY.

And I use such OPEN-ENDED WORDS, because THAT IS THE TRUTH.

YOU DECIDE.

To WHAT DEGREE DO YOU ADJUST.

You don't whine and try to cajole people to move as YOU WANT THEM TO, no.

You ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.

And those who HONESTLY BELIEVE AND SUPPORT YOU.

Will DO LIKEWISE.

And those who DON'T...?

WON'T.

And from THAT?

You then get THOSE WHO WILL FOLLOW YOU.

I shouldn't need to type such basics. But even I have already demonstrated that rust and misreading has happened to me. 

So?

I add that AND HIGHLIGHT THAT, so I don't come off typing like TOO MUCH of an arrogant-asshole.

Or?

Just an asshole.

But facts are still facts.

One Must Adapt to actually accomplish anything and especially when dealing in a situation and circumstance where those they are trying to reach. Have had generations of being rewarded for intentionally GOING AGAINST THEIR OWN BEST INTERESTS.

Just like I should not need to type the Fact that since PREVIOUS GENERATIONS OF BLACKS HAVE FAILED. Then that means YOU ARE DEALING WITH CURRENT GENERATIONS OF BLACKS WHO NOW MUST BE DE-PROGRAMMED AND HAVE TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT THEY TOO WILL ACCEPT THIS FACT!

The Have to ACCEPT the FACT that Previous Generations of Blacks HAVE FAILED.

And now...?

Put the two paragraphs I just typed TOGETHER.

And that EQUALS.

Your Solution.

You ADJUST.

ACCORDINGLY.

And thus, YOU FIND YOUR FOLLOWERS.
