He never had an ACTUAL STRATEGIST OR TACTICIAN UNDER HIM, AT HIS DISPOSAL, that helped draw up BETTER WAYS TO UTILIZE THE SMALL-EMPIRE Youngest-Brother had at his disposal, AT THAT TIME IN HIS LIFE.
It was not until He & I met that he began to TRULY UNDERSTAND & SEE, that IT IS CRUCIAL TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE WITHIN ANY KIND OF ORGANIZATION YOU HAVE, REGARDLESS OF WHATEVER MORALE-VALUE/ALIGNMENT/S, SAID ORG/S HAVE.
Black-Americans SPECIFICALLY, are ALWAYS PUSHED, to ONLY WORRY ABOUT OURSELVES AS INDIVIDUALS.
This BY DEFAULT, will instill a mentality THAT WON'T TAKE PROPER PLANNING & ADMINISTRATION CORRECTLY, nor will it produce ANY ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT ONE SHOULD BUILD WITH CAPABLE, LIKE-MINDED MEMBERS, WHO ARE JUST AS SMART & TALENTED AS YOU ARE.
Where I need to TYPE IT OUT, that THESE INDIVIDUALS DID NOT FORM THEIR OWN ORG/S, but INSTEAD, are being BROUGHT UNDERNEATH YOUR OWN WING/S & NOT THEIR OWN. And I type that where it is TO ADDRESS WHY LEADERS & ORGANIZERS CANNOT BE EGO-DRIVEN TO THE POINT OF INSECURITY. Where You DELIBERATELY SEEK OUT INFERIORS TO BE ABLE, supposedly, ENSURE YOUR OWN POSITION WITHIN YOUR OWN CAUSE-MOVEMENT-ORG-FACTION, etc..
Black-Americans are told to seek UNQUALIFIED-INFERIORS & ACCEPT UNQUALIFIED-INFERIORS TOO, in order to, "ensure", that THEY APPEAR TO BE THEE...?

Even though the Enemy General was GOOD, he was NO TACTICIAN NOR STRATEGIST. Thus with the actual Strategist unable to be there all he could do WAS FOLLOW HIS INSIGHT-&-INSTRUCTIONS THAT WERE GIVEN TO HIM, but he himself HAD NO CAPACITY TO ADAPT OR INNOVATE NOR EVEN UNDERSTAND ENEMY-DECISION-MAKING, made BY THEIR STRATEGIST TO GET ACROSS THE RIVER HE WAS GUARDING.
Thus when He Liao Diao, Fei Xin's strategist, came up with a plan that would require two columns to TRY TO CROSS THE RIVER DIRECTLY WHERE THE ENEMY KNEW THEY COULD CROSS AT...!?
Meatheaded Enemy-General SWORE UP & DOWN that Fei Xin's army was simply DOING THIS, because THEY HAD NO CHOICE.

He INCORRECTLY saw Fei Xin's-army decisions as THEY HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO DO THIS & THERE WAS/IS, NO OTHER WAY TO CROSS THE RIVER & DEFEAT HIM & HIS TROOPS, however...?
There was a THIRD CROSSING AREA FURTHER DOWNSTREAM, extremely dangerous, BUT!?
If someone COULD GET ACROSS AT THAT AREA THEN A ROPE COULD BE STRUNG SO THAT A UNIT COULD GET TO THE OTHER SIDE & THEN RUN UPSTREAM & ATTACK HIS LEFT FLANK!
Where those troops in THAT AREA WERE DIRECTLY ATTEMPTING TO STOP THE MAIN FORCE LED BY FEI XIN HIMSELF.
Fei Xin's Strategist, USED HERSELF & ANOTHER ARMY AS A DIVERSION TO DRAW AWAY MEATHEAD-GENERAL DIRECTLY TO HER. I type Her gender because THAT TOO WAS FACTORED INTO HER STRATEGY. Meathead wasn't gonna allow himself to GET OUTSMARTED BY A WOMAN, where, HE THEN ALLOWED HIMSELF TO GET OUTSMARTED BY A WOMAN.

Her Plan would NOT HAVE WORKED if she could not LURE MEATHEAD AWAY FROM THE MAIN-ARMY, never mind that the small-unit crossing HAD TO ALSO WORK, but even if THEY WOULD HAVE CROSSED IT WOULDN'T HAVE MEANT SHIT IF MEATHEAD WOULD'VE BEEN STILL THERE.

I'm posting this last clip underneath this because Youngest-Brother & I had long discussions about this topic & I showed Him this video. And he was immediately able to understand what this video was emphasizing. I then explained to Him who all the different people are in this video & he understood it even more.
When Strategist-&-Tacticians are either poor or DO NOT EXIST, for any group, regardless of descriptor, or, are DISREGARDED, then Failure...?
