Doing some Defrosting for Lunch....
Gettin ready to head downstairs to the kitchen and defrost this food and get things ready so I can cook lunch and eat then head out to the plantation-station. Sunday's are ALWAYS HECTIC at the plantation-station. Staff is too light. Customers are too heavy, I might even go in early and snag a few hours or something, not sure yet.
