To get out of DOING THAT, the White-American Government DELIBERATELY MADE EACH STATE DECIDE ON WHO TO GIVE THE GI-BILL REWARDS TO, thus a FEDERAL PROGRAM, was DELIBERATELY KICKED DOWN TO THE STATE-LEVEL IN ORDER TO ALLOW FOR WHITES TO NOT GIVE BLACK-AMERICAN VETS WHAT THEY'D EARNED.

4) You BETTER NOT DEMAND REPARATIONS IN CASH PAYMENTS, while literally the Confederate-south WAS GIVEN CASH-PAYMENTS & ALLOWED TO CREATE JIM CROW LAWS & SEGREGATION, segregation, by the Way, that existed ALL ACROSS THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING THE HOLIER-THAN-THOU, PHONY-ASS, NORTH...!
