Nobody FROM THAT UNIVERSE had EVER GONE OUTSIDE OF THAT DIMENSION INTO ANOTHER ONE.
So BECAUSE HE WAS THE CAUSE OF HIS OWN FUCK-UP, that WAS ALSO WHY HE COULDN'T SEE OR KNOW WHY & WHERE ULTRON CAME FROM.
Because HE CAUSED THE PROBLEM WITH HIS FAT-HEAD & FAT-MOUTH!
The Episode where We first SEE Infinity-Ultron or Ultra-Vision or whatever You wish to call THIS VERSION of Ultron?
