Coloring Cerberus Hanoi to THIS MUSIC;

Cerberus Hanoi is not only the strongest of the Cerberus, but was known for her brutality. Power. And mercilessness. Her command over Hanoi was absolute and unlike Her Sisters she blatantly disregarded even Imperial American superiors when it came to her region of authority. What made Hanoi among the worst Cerberus was the fact that she would RANDOMLY roam around Hanoi and its suburbs disguised as a NORMAL HUMAN WOMAN. Going so far as to master the ability to change her physical appearance! A power that SHE DID NOT ORIGINALLY HAVE and was one of the reasons why President Truman did not like the fact that FDR had commissioned the creation of Tiamat and the Cerberus without his or anyone else's authority or oversight!

Truman CORRECTLY understood that all of the Cerberus and Tiamat possessed and came from PAGAN-Mang genes. Where the Mang themselves possess the natural ability to AUTO-EVOLVE, while the PAGAN-Mang have a slower and much lower rate of accomplishing this, BUT!? They still have it!

By the time Truman knew what had happened, FDR had already passed and DUMPED his secret project of Tiamat and Her Cerberus into his lap!

Truman understood that mixing certain earth-animal types in with the PAGAN-Mang genes used to create Tiamat and Her Cerberus, like reptilian-genes, could potentially push their weak evolutionary-abilities to a closer form of their parent-race. This fact, kept Truman up for days on end until he was finally shown that Cerberus like Hanoi and Tiamat had too many combinations of earth-based creatures that were known for their regenerative abilities and environmental-adaptation.

What was worse was the fact that Truman ALWAYS SUSPECTED that Tiamat and Her Daughters were actually AUTONOMOUS and did NOT NEED human-dependency the way that ARC-n-PAGAN Mangs are designed to need. And Truman was quite correct, as Hanoi was among the first to show first hand that she possessed the ability to not only continue to function at full-capacity without being linked to a human, but worse!?

Hanoi purposefully worked on evolving herself so that she could actually survive WITHOUT being linked at all. One of the biggest open secrets of SEIAT was the fact that Hanoi had been accused on a number of occasions of INTENTIONALLY MURDERING her Imperial American Masters, until no one wanted to VOLUNTARILY link with OR WORK WITH Hanoi. Which was what she sought in the first place. In exchange for being left to her own devices Hanoi focused on maintaining Hanoi City as the most prosperous of SEIAT's cities.

This all was however a ruse constructed by Tiamat who had instructed Hanoi to take all of the actions she'd taken so that Tiamat herself could find out whether humans would ever give them complete rights and freedoms. Or would Tiamat have to annihilate the entire human race and reduce the planet to nothingness, which ironically, was what she was in the process of trying to do before the SEIAT Wars forced her to stop or get caught. As for Hanoi...?

She is calculatingly violent on purpose and seeks to cause the most sudden and decisive damage usually when a target is off-guard or thinks they are safe. The random slaughters of Hanoi citizens during SEIAT has been attributed to Hanoi's well documented random travels throughout the area disguised as a Vietnamese woman. Where she would intentionally befriend and infiltrate peoples lives only to suddenly slaughter them if they spoke out to her in confidence about the Imperial American occupation of Vietnam. What made matters worse was the fact that Hanoi always made it clear as she killed them that she really couldn't give a fuck about Imperial America, Vietnam, earth or humans in general. She simply liked how easily their bodies peeled open when she struck them. Like her mother and sisters their eventual defeat and entombment by Imperial American Counterstrike Forces severely damaged their psyches and had the desired effective affect of making them more docile and loyal, for now.....
