WORKOUT DONE! Did some thinking while Working Out....

Just finished the workout and all throughout it I was fending off DISTRACTING THOUGHTS of what Lashid4u is talking about and doing and then compare-contrasting it to how many times We as Black People get frustrated with what is going on WITHIN OURSELVES and then look for an out to GO AFTER another Black Person.

Then I thought about is THAT REALLY what is going on with Her. Because NORMALLY she is much more savvy than this, till I remembered the fact that she has been getting her ass handed to her for over a year BY LIFE and BY HER CONTINUED WAR WITH TOMMY SOTOMAYOR AND HIS FOLLOWERS.

Then I simply realized that I NEED TO FOCUS ON WHAT THE FUCK I AM DOING! I am in the midst of doing yoga workouts and I'm ALL OVER THE PLACE MENTALLY! About something where I could say this, say that, type this type that AND THEN WHAT!?

The Reality is that MY FIRST PRIORITY IS TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO ARE PRODUCING TANGIBLE RESULTS AND NOT ON THOSE WHO ARE NOT!

I am to UNDERSTAND HOWEVER, BOTH SIDES OF THE COIN AND FIGURE OUT WHY THAT IS! That is WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO DO! And that is why I am disappointed and taken off-guard on how on earth could Lashid4u THINK that an EX-PIMP WASN'T GOING TO SAY SOME CRAZY, DISRESPECTFUL, SHIT!
