GOOD MORNING FROM UPPER DARBY!

HOW IS EVERYBODY THIS MORNING! DOING WELL I HOPE! As you can see I spent the lionshare of yesterday working on From Child to Man! I'm really pleased with what I've done regarding the RE-editing and I intend to post some excerpts and give you guys a taste of the completed Chapter-1. I had to really get comfortable yesterday and not think about how many pages I was adding once I saw shit like the fact that people of import were mentioned. But they were just cardboard cutouts and not actually involved the way that I KNEW THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN.

So I really got into the guts of the scene and just DID IT! I was surprised that fleshing out the Princess-Daughters of the Empress would dominate so much of the entire day. I actually HAND WRITE far faster than I type. So I think that still affects me. But I realized as I was working and then when I went into My Handbook for From Child to Man I saw that THIS WAS WHY I'D SPENT SO MUCH TIME ON FLESHING THE PRINCESS-DAUGHTERS OUT.

I had more in-depth info in the Handbook document and then I had My Notes and I really saw that I'd really been fuckin it up with trying to rush and cram crap through before eventually coming to my senses and not putting the ebook out there all half-assed and shit. So I just sat down and got busy and did things right yesterday and I'm hoping to finish up Chap-1 RE-edit today.

I really decided to get into WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED to turn things the way that they were. I got into how the general population became the Commoner-class of the Empire. Where you have nothing except for being underneath whichever family of either the Imperial House, if you're lucky to be born into a common-family that serves some family within the Imperial House. Or the Imperial High Nobility. And lastly the Imperial Nobility.

These are the 3-Classes of the Empire and they make up the rulership and military in the Imperial House. They also control the Imperial-District and hold the land within the Heart of the Empire. The Imperial High Nobility are also part of governance, land-holders and more aspects of the military. They control the Central-District of the Empire and in order to reach the capital one must pass through their territory. The High Nobility are the senior-most members of the Nobility and the senior-most members of the High Nobility itself are the most powerful of this class with the potential to marry-into or be invited to join the Imperial Line. Last but not least is the Imperial Nobility. They control all of the lands outside the Imperial-District and Central-Districts. They make up the lionshare of the REGIONAL DEFENSE FORCES contained within wherever they rule. Of course they're also a part of the Imperial Assembly and engage in keeping the most commoners for farming. Commerce. And conscription into the Imperial Armies which are controlled by the Imperial House.

So in the course of yesterday I just looked at how these 3-Classes have total control over their commoners and only through whatever achievements that commoners produce do they move anywhere in life. It is most definitely a White/Japanese feudal-system and then this is HEAVILY CONTRASTED by the Border-Region Territories where there are no commoners, just citizens called members. There are still Lords-n-Ladies but by no means do they engage in assured inherited-power. Laws are stringent and one most PROVE THEIR WORTHINESS of earning their title as a Lord or Lady, through a series of Rights of Passage culminating in taking a Rights of Passage Party that the would-be Lord or Lady assembles. Then venturing out into 1 of 3 regions where Ilvala-Chandra control these regions and the Lord or Lady is expected to successfully hunt-n-kill Ilvala-Chandra and successfully make it back alive.

However the would-be Lord or Lady does in their Right of Passage determines whether or not they are fit to receive their title as a Lord or Lady. Everything from how many members of their Right of Passage Party survived? To how well did they use their talents throughout the whole process. How well did they ASSEMBLE THEIR PARTY. Because living in the Border-Region Territories is all about DEFENDING THE BORDER OF THE EMPIRE FROM ENEMY FORCES OF ANY AND ALL TYPES! So survival skills. Quick assessments of situations. Command-n-control skills!? Life HERE. Is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from life INSIDE THE EMPIRE. And as such, so are the customs and culture and people! All of these things CLASH in this opening flashback in Chapter-1 when the Lord of this region tries to REASON WITH the rulers of the Empire itself.

And that was what I was really seeing that I'd taken notes and had everything laid out IN MY HANDBOOK AND NOTEBOOKS. But I'd blindly rushed ahead last month and skimmed it down to nothingness. So I had to correct that CORRECTLY. And it was DEFINITELY WORTH IT! So I spent all day doing that and just giving the reader A LOOK INTO the minds of the rulers of these different regions and classes and HOW IT ALL FITS TOGETHER when they have to hammer things out in regards to GOVERNING THE EMPIRE AND ITS DIRECTION.  

But then some crazy shit happened last night to? My google+ views had pretty much not moved for over 24hrs (hrs = hours). I keep assuming that certain abbreviations are universal all across the globe and I'm starting to be more mindful that they're not, so that's why the parenthesis just now for the word hours and then a quick explanation of what means what.

So I'm winding down the day and its nearly 12-midnight and all of a sudden my google+ views FINALLY ROLL OVER. And I'm like "Lemme see what this shit is saying?" so I check it and I'm like...?! WHAT THE FUCK!? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! A 3,500+ JUMP IN VIEWS IN 24HRS!?!?!? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAH! ^_^!!!! THAT'S GREAT! THAT'S WHAT THE FUCK I'M TALKING ABOUT!

I also realized that I probably need to build a Forum where people can actually interact and shit and talk to each other about the things I post here on the blog and talk about the book and/or just chill out! I haven't thought too much on it, BUT!? It definitely is something I will probably do in the near future!
