Theme of Empress Xiyi's Daughters...!

Good Afternoon from Upper Darby!

Just swinging through here again to briefly talk about what I'm doing right now while RE-editing Chap-1. Initially Empress Xiyi and Her Daughters were only going to appear in the flashback scene of the opening of Chap-1 to give the readers some insight as to how the hell shit had gotten to where it is in the present-day times of the book.

But as I was re-reading through this opening of Chap-1 I saw the reason why I was RE-EDITING the chapters I'd initially done when I was racing to make deadline for publication through Amazon Kindle. I could see the cut-corners in the book where I normally don't do things like that. So!? I've been busy getting into the guts of Chap-1 and fleshing out and expanding whatever I KNOW needs to be fleshed out and expanded.

And the most glaring thing that stood out is that Empress Xiyi was not only cookie-cutter material AND NOT FLESHED OUT. However I saw the fact that Her Princess-Daughters were also LITERALLY MENTIONED AND IN THE SCENE where Master Malcolm is ADDRESSING the Empress, Her Daughters, and the entirety of the Imperial Assembly.

But I gave NO DESCRIPTIONS OF THEM OR WHO THEY WERE AND ARE AND!?
I was like? What the fuck? They're just... THERE. Damn I was rushing my ass off to try to JAM THIS EBOOK OUT, HORRIBLE!

The first thing that came to My Mind was YOU GUYS and ME TELLING ALL OF YOU ABOUT QUALITY AND SHIT AND HERE I WAS TRYING TO RUSH SHIT THROUGH TO GET IT OUT SIMPLY SO I CAN GET A PAYCHECK OFF OF SOME BULLSHIT!

Then I remembered that THIS WAS WHY I STOPPED MYSELF FROM DOING WHAT I WAS DOING!

So now!? I've been sitting here REALLY DOING WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO BE DOING, which is TYPING UP SOMETHING THAT IS HONESTLY WORTH READING. Without worrying about ALL THAT OTHER BULLSHIT I WAS DOING. So I'm typing and I needed some music and I think you know by now I listen TO ALL KINDS OF SHIT! So I was finally CORRECTING MY FUCK-UP of just making the Princess-Daughters a bunch of cardboard cut-outs to BE IN THE BACKGROUND. When I needed some music for them!? And I remembered this from Final Fantasy X! AND IT FIT PERFECT NOT JUST FOR THEM BUT THE SCENE ITSELF! Where Empress Xiyi, her Princess-Daughters, and THEIR ASSEMBLED CRONIES that make up the Imperial Assembly of Their Empire.

Are trying to fuckin roast Master Malcolm's ass and rip him a new one for LECTURING THEM on why they shouldn't be committing genocide against other Imperial-citizenry, to no avail I might add. So THIS SONG FIT PERFECTLY;

Because Master Malcolm is being assaulted on a number of levels by Xiyi and Her Daughters, while also having to endure attempts by all of them to shame and humiliate him into shutting his mouth and going back to his own fuckin territory and turning a blind-eye on what they're all doing inside the Empire.
