Book Business - Why the Star Wars Prequels DIDN'T WORK...!

One of the main reasons why George Lucas' Star Wars Prequels didn't work was because they contradicted TOO MUCH of the established storyline from the Original-3 Star Wars movies. We'd never seen or heard any REAL CONCRETE ANYTHING, except for in SNIPPETS. About what that place, that GALAXY, used to be. Before the Empire.

In the Original-3 movies of Star Wars we are honestly given THE FEELING that the Empire has EXISTED FOR 100'S OF YEARS IF NOT MORE. But when the Prequels come out we end up finding out that the Empire is actually FAIRLY SHORT-TERMED, RECENT, AND NEW. For all intents and purposes, so one of the FIRST THINGS that caused the Prequels to NOT WORK?

#1) Shitty timeline

George Lucas, utterly FAILED, in constructing HIS TIMELINE CORRECTLY. The Prequels FLAT OUT CONTRADICT the Original-3 movies where in Star Wars, the very first movie. Ben Kenobi presents this image when he is first introduced, that the Republic existed prior to the Empire and lasted for 1,000's of years and then the Empire rose up! Took control of shit. And then THEY PROCEEDED TO FUCK SHIT UP FOR AT LEAST AN EQUAL IF NOT GREATER AMOUNT OF TIME.

This of course is COMPLETELY SHOT DOWN BY THE PREQUELS. And this is one reason why I am on here RIGHT NOW. Because I needed to get this out of my head while I am typing and editing on my own book. Getting the timeline of your universe RIGHT, is critical. It is CRITICAL. Because what an Author, a CREATOR, is doing!?

Is Creating THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE THEY HAVE CREATED. And please be patient with me if my words are jumbled and spelling-errors and shit like that. I'm trying to GET THIS OUT AND ONTO THIS POST, before I lose it all! But when you DON'T CREATE YOUR TIMELINE CORRECTLY!? Then what you end up actually doing is JAMMING UP THE HISTORY OF THE PLACE YOU'VE CREATED. At some point or another YOUR READERSHIP IS GONNA SEE THIS AND TAKE NOTE AND SLOWLY...

But surely.
They're not gonna like it.
And they're not gonna like it because they're gonna understand that;
If YOU don't have time to MAKE SURE SHIT MESHES, then?
Why should they have time to SPEND ON YOUR WORK.

It is a UNIVERSAL LAW that People will only take YOU AS SERIOUSLY AS YOU TAKE YOURSELF. It is the fundamental-force in the attribute of RESPECT. People will RESPECT YOU, WHEN YOU RESPECT YOURSELF. The things we decide to do and how we do them and then what we will or won't do and WHY we will or won't do certain shit, all factor into the concept and critical attribute of;

RESPECT.

When  people see how much time and energy you are willing to invest in something or someone and your own projects and goals? Then they gain or lose respect for you based on that. And as I was sitting here typing I just had to stop. Open the Handbook Document which is a companion-piece for my books. Then do my work of updating the timeline and pointing out who did what where why how and when! So that THE BOOK MADE SENSE AND I KNEW WHO WAS DOING WHAT, WHEN, AT WHAT TIMES IN THE TIMELINE-HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE I HAVE CREATED AS THE SETTING FOR THIS STORY THAT MY CHARACTERS ARE IN!

So I realized once again that the reason why the Prequels DIDN'T WORK!? Is because George Lucas NEVER SAT DOWN AND HONESTLY FLESHED OUT HIS TIMELINE. And because of that!? When he decided to REOPEN AND REVISIT THE STAR WARS UNIVERSE HE CREATED. And DECIDED TO GO BACKWARDS!? Let's be honest. It is clear HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK WAS ACTUALLY THERE. Thus the reason why not just the modernization and upgrades to cinematic technology is BETTER, BUT!? Everything in the prequels, to TOO MUCH OF A DEGREE!?

Looks BETTER AND MORE ADVANCED THAN THE ORIGINAL-3 MOVIES. And you can't make that kind of mistake. You can't GO BACKWARDS IN YOUR TIMELINE, but things LOOK BETTER THAN THE SUPPOSED MODERN-DAY TIMES YOU SHOWED. Never mind that you can't TALK ABOUT POLITICAL DRAMA, when you have NO ABILITY TO TELL A SCI-FI DRAMA!

So there you go, just needed to PUT THAT OUT THERE. And later on I will post an EXCERPT of the 14,000 year timeline for MY OWN BOOK. That caused me to say "Lemme post this right quick and then get back to work!"
