Good Evening from Philadelphia.
I spent the day heading out to the Dayjob, as Usual.
Then found out that an Issue I've been trying to get resolved with My Bank Account, where money was TAKEN DUE TO AN ERROR BY THEIR ONLINE-BANKING COMPUTER SYSTEM, where I found out today that THEY HAVE NO HUMAN OVERSIGHT FOR THIS AREA.
So I've been going back-n-forth since 9/3/2020 because of an error made by My Bank.
I had to LEAVE FROM WORK TODAY and had it CONFIRMED that indeed THEY DID HAVE SOME COMPUTER ISSUES WHEN MY MONEY DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT!
So the Branch Member today, got everything straightened out, ONLY BECAUSE I HAD SCREENSHOT THE DOUBLE-BILLINGS THAT DIDN'T BELONG ON MY ACCOUNT, so?
Once again?
BEING THE WAY THAT I AM?
JUST SAVED ME FROM OWING $500 FUCKIN DOLLARS!
My Persistence in the Matter also allowed Me to find out that INDEED I was being kept out of the Loop of something that had gone on INTERNALLY with My Bank. Where they had changed card-vendors and thus, had to change all of their software, which CREATED, a series of double-billings FOR SOME BANK-MEMBERS.
This was something that BOTH OF THE PHONE REPS I SPOKE WITH SINCE LAST THURSDAY, thought was a GREAT IDEA NOT TO TELL ME.
This rep, that I'd spoken to on the phone today, before finally having to leave the Dayjob to go to My Closest-Branch, which IRONICALLY, led Me BACK, to Upper Darby, AND LITERALLY, down the block from My Old Apartment where I FIRST STARTED BOTH THIS BLOG AND MY WE3-WEBSITE, which of course...?

Type about what I was thinking about and why and the Lessons I've learned from Our Failed Relationship, where that too, reinforced exactly why I have gone back to doing things the way that I used to do them, and, has seen My Life return to normal and continue to climb towards My Ultimate Goals.
The Questions I asked the Bank-Reps when all of this started...?

Lack of Trust.
When I saw the mistakes made on My Account?
Caused Me to immediately screenshot everything and gave Me the Ability to ask the Right Questions where even though the Answers "were wrong"?
They set the Table for when I finally went into the Branch today and found out that:
#1) No Humans are involved at all in ANY ONLINE BANKING AREAS, thus the only time a rep will become involved IS ONLY IF THE MEMBER ALERTS THEM TO WHATEVER THEY HAVE ISSUE WITH, otherwise, which is stupid, they ASSUME that their computer/s have made NO MISTAKES AND ARE FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY.
Ask Me again why I keep pressing that Black-Americans MOVE AWAY FROM MINDLESSLY PARROTING WHITE-AMERICAN BUSINESS-BEHAVIORS AND EVERYDAY SOCIETAL-BEHAVIORS.
Both the Phone-Reps?
Knew I was becoming angry and while I did keep things professional, I did make it clear that simple-math, shows that a mistake has been made and NOT on My End.
But...?
Everybody is so fuckin reliant on computers.
Since the screens had Their Computer's Results?
They couldn't THINK FOR THEMSELVES, which was actually VERY DISTURBING.
Mind you, the above Video APPEARS TO BE DRAMATIC, but, they really couldn't GET PAST THE FACT. That what THE SCREENS SHOWED THEM FROM THEIR COMPUTERS...?
Even though THEY DIDN'T MAKE SENSE, well...?
No way, it's?
It's just not...?

That the Computer made a mistake, which, for Me?
This was YET ANOTHER HIGH SCHOOL CONVO that We talked about heavily during My Junior and Senior Year, where, as Black-People, which means?
I was sitting AT THE TABLE DISCUSSING THIS WITH BLACKS FROM AFRICA, EUROPE AND HERE.
Our Mutual Concern wasn't JUST how Whites follow "Authority too easily", even when it is BLATANTLY OBVIOUS THAT THIS ISN'T A BAD IDEA, it's a HORRIBLE IDEA!
But MORE IMPORTANTLY?
We saw THAT OUR RACE?
Was JUST AS BAD IF NOT WORSE.
And this was once again when I reminded them THAT WE WERE/ARE BORN INTO A TIME WHEN OUR ENTIRE RACE HAS NOT HAD ANY ACTUAL REAL AUTONOMY AND SELF-GOVERNANCE/CONTROL.
For centuries.
This isn't something to scoff at nor dismiss.
Because now?
For Black-Americans?
We don't OWN ANYTHING.
So We saw with Our Parents?
They DID WHATEVER THEY WERE TOLD TO KEEP THEIR JOBS.
Black-Europeans sighted the same Problem.
Black-Parents that were ALL TOO EAGER TO DO THINGS THEY HAD NO BUSINESS DOING!
For Black-Africans they talked about THEIR APPOINTED AND APPROVED OF, HANDPICKED, LEADERS.
You see!?
WHITES?
Won't make ANY SHOWS AND/OR MOVIES.
SHOWING BLACK-CHILDREN, BLACK-TEENS.
REALIZING THAT THEIR PARENTS ARE SUBSERVIENT WAGE-SLAVES AND DISGRACEFUL BELLY CRAWLING SYCOPHANTS!
Because then One has to ask "Why are they like this?" and "Where did they LEARN this type of Behavior?" and "WHO REWARDS THEM FOR BEING SO DISGRACEFUL?"
I remember some of the faces of the Black-Adults I used to debate with when I would point out this Fact. Because I needed to SEE if they would tell the Truth. Would they TELL ME.
The Horrors they'd seen, inflicted on them and their friends and family-members by Whites?
Or would THEY LIE.
MOST OF THE TIME?
They Lied.
This is another reason why I HATE LIARS.
Mr. Cohen, pointed that out a number of times, at the old Dayjob "Just...!? Just DON'T LIE TO HIM! I've never seen someone become SO ANGRY when someone Lies."
And I knew that these reps were lying to Me.
And I found out when I came into the Branch today.
But I ONLY FOUND OUT.
Because I'd taken the Time to do the Work and HAVE MY EVIDENCE IN ORDER, so that WHEN IT FINALLY CAME TIME FOR A FACE-TO-FACE SIT DOWN WITH ANYBODY...?
I was fully-prepared.
And there was no way out.
Because I kept pushing the Point that the Money was there one minute and then all of a sudden the Very Next Charge is A NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS CHARGE WHILE THE ACCOUNT LITERALLY SAYS MONEY IS IN IT!?
That's how I got confirmation that NO HUMANS AT ALL ARE INVOLVED WITH ONLINE-BANKING AND/OR STATEMENTS. Not even Oversight, which disturbed Me. But then that was when she finally admitted THEY DID HAVE A COMPUTER ISSUE and SHE WAS HESITANT TO TELL ME ABOUT IT, so let that sink in.
Also!?
They have THEIR SYSTEM PROGRAMMED TO HIT YOU WITH FEES AND USE PENDING CHARGES AS ACTUAL PAYMENTS!
BUT THAT SAME SYSTEM WILL NOT UNDO FEES WHEN PENDING CHARGES THAT IT HIT YOU WITH AS ACTUAL PAYMENTS, don't go thru.
So now...?
I'm supposed to REALLY PRETEND LIKE they didn't PROGRAM THIS SYSTEM TO DO THIS, right?
That's the silly-shit I'm supposed to do, right?
Of course not.
It's now 7pm EST.
And I've gotten 2-return calls.
And My Account is now BACK IN ORDER.
I was able to get that DONE BY IGNORING THE SWEET-TALKING WORDS OF BOTH THE PHONE-REPS!
I would SUGGEST.
That some of You IGNORE SWEET-TALKING WORDS from people who ARE NOT ACTUALLY HELPING YOUR CAUSE.
