This remix was one of the instrumentals I used to workout to & practice to as well. My Ex-Wife used to watch Me spar & workout for 2 to 3 hours in My Younger Days. Of course with the condition my body is in now it simply ISN'T REALISTIC NOR FEASIBLE TO TRY THAT NOW, but this particular piece of rap-music instrumental was yet another piece that was lost in the OG-OS Crash....
