His parents were unfortunately doomed from day-1 because of the fact that they live in Chester City and it is controlled by a dysfunctional mess of PAGAN-Mangs! Ruling from the Chester PAGAN-CORP riverfront factories. Because of the fact that the City of Chester has always been a long standing controlled territory of PAGAN-CORP. The disappearance of Charles Pagan from the Global HQ of PAGAN-CORP Philadelphia has had an even more extreme effect/affect! On the PAGAN-Mang of this former nerve center to all of PAGAN-CORPS global holdings, hierarchy and home bases!
So when Byron's mother was shown to be carrying a child that was capable of surviving human-modification!? Her and her husband were DOOMED to become puppet-parents AT BEST! Flat out FLAT-LINED AND DEAD AT WORST! However to the PAGAN-Mang of Chester they understood that KILLING the unborn child's parents after he was born would simply cause him to abandon them or worse, turn on them and probably join Imperial American Counterstrike Forces! Having the baby join the IACF would be an absolute disaster, especially since the Chester PAGAN-Mang were completely fucked up and at each other's throats with factions on top of factions on top of foolishness on top of FUCKED-UP factions!
Bringing him into the fold as quietly and easily as possible became the main goal and this was accomplished when it was Lady Chessica's hospital staff that ended up winning and successfully pelting and destroying the agents of any of the other factions camped out there! Lady Chessica herself was actually the implanted Historical PAGAN-Mang of Chester City and had been hidden among the well-to-do of the city during its heyday. Since Mang don't age anywhere near the rate of humans, she had to keep reinventing herself and removing traces that could show she was really just the same White-bitch moving through time in an immortal manner that would have outed her immediately!
But once she got back information on the Maxwell's unborn child and got the preliminary readings on its potential!? She immediately had her chief medical officer MAKE SURE that the child would be born a boy. So right from jump street Byron's parents don't realize the magnitude of what is going on where the city itself is controlled, financed or manipulated and monitored in some way, shape, and form. By Chester PAGAN-CORP. Normal pre-natal and natal tests are done annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd ones not so normal! Which will allow both PAGAN-CORP and the IACF to determine if the child in the womb has the ability to survive human-modification. Of course since NEITHER SIDE wants this information to be known to the general public, then people literally walk in to hospitals and may well walk out already targeted in one way or another by both these powerful organizations or worse...!?
Either way!? When I started going over everything I saw the fact that Byron's parents were just mind-controlled absentees who stood no chance against Chester PAGAN-CORP or Glen Loch Academy of the IACF! They were normal humans whose psyches were not strong enough to resist the various forms of illusions and mental-powers that both sides can bring to bear to get what they want from out of untrained, unaware, human-beings.
Then the gifts start coming in. Job offers through subsidiaries for the husband. Home healthcare for the mother! Free and paid for nannies! New "friends"... who move next door, while your old neighbors decide that they need to...? Move away... Or sell their house... Or?
They just straight up come up dead.
And now their house is occupied by some of the nicest couples.

While Chessica had done a great job of annihilating Chester-PAGCO Factions from the hospital she
failed to account for whether or not any ROGUE-PAGCO were also hiding in the hospital and word
of Byron's eventual birth was known by the absolute worst type among PAGCO, because Rogues
are PAGCO of all kinds that have been DISPLACED from their original posts and end up settling
in other PAGCO-territories without notification, something that never happened when Charles
Pagan was around, Rogues, like other PAGCO, are constantly searching for a new master to fill the
void left by Charles Pagan's abandonment.
Because Rogues have to master illusory-powers and non-detection to avoid BOTH whatever
PAGCO-territory they've set up shop in without permission AND IACF, they are constantly hunted
by both sides! However when Rogues are able to gather together and are made up of POWERFUL
and/or SKILLED PAGCO-Mangs, they rarely remain in hiding, but instead shift to lurking and
looking for a chance to takeover the region they're hiding in!
"Byron's Rogue Bitches" were only named as such because this group of Rogues were able to
convince Byron that Chessica's bitches weren't even able to keep THEM away from HIM. How on
earth would they be able to protect him as he got older in order to reach even as far as taking over
Chester-PAGCO when the security of PAGCO-bitches Chessica gave him couldn't even keep
THEM OUT?!
10 - 12 4th-to-6th Watters-Hightower Melodi-n-Musica Watters Destroyed
*The Watters Twins, where they spelled their name W-a-t-t-e-r-s BUT pronounced it WATERS, showing one of the signs of PAGCO-Mang degradation where neither twin could recognize the fact that they were spelling their own last names wrong. But were constantly pissed whenever someone read it as WATT-ERS, instead of WATERS!
Either way, these two emerged from Byron's Rogue Bitches after they'd successfully destroyed Lady Chessica and her faction and then absorbed everyone and everything left behind! Melodi-n-Musica then successfully defeated and destroyed the other members of Byron's Rogue Bitches to become the new leadership of all they taken from Chessica and her faction!
The reason why their faction was called the Watters-Hightower Faction is because the Hightower Twins who controlled Chester Tech for Lady Chessica, abandoned Lady Chessica once they found out that Byron's Rogue Bitches had only come about because Chessica hadn't made sure to sweep the hospital for Rogues. And for the Hightower Twins that kind of incompetence highlighted why Chessica had stayed hidden when she should have stepped up the moment Chester City and its PAGCO-branch went straight to shit due to Charles' abandonment!
For the Hightower Twins they saw this as a sign that Chessica wasn't really in any real condition in some way shape or form to lead the region and that's why she stayed holed up on her estate and let shit go to shit! So when Byron's Rogues started taking out Chessica's bitches and causing trouble and Chessica couldn't contain or handle them!?
They turned on her.
The Hightower's controlled Chester Tech, which was the only remaining school of any merit in Chester's entire school district! And it was blatantly known as a PAGCO-facility. But with the collapse of everything the IACF had left it and Chester City to rot! Since nothing and no one of any worth had come from out of there for well over 2 or 3 decades!
This gave the Hightower Twins control over Chester Tech and initially they were NOT PART of Chessica's faction, but were THEIR OWN. Chessica used the readings for the then unborn Byron to win them over and she gave THEM CONTROL OVER HIS EDUCATION. While her main med-bitch DD Valerie Vinggus controlled HIS MEDICAL NEEDS AND HEALTH.
Well?
Once Vinggus was defeated and destroyed by Byron's Rogue Bitches, the Hightower's slaughtered Chessica's Chester Tech staff members that they'd allowed to come into the school. And then they set about the business of finishing off Chessica's medical staff and command at the Vinggus Wellness Center, so like I said. It didn't and doesn't take much for PAGCO-Mang Factions to turn on each other IN A HURRY!
The Hightower's then fought to get Byron back from the Watters Twins and eventually lost! But they were allowed to live because THEY CONTROLLED CHESTER TECH! And thus the problem with being Rogue-PAGCO. Unless they can get ENOUGH SUPPORT FROM LOCALS, there are never enough of them to PHYSICALLY FILL THE FACILITIES AND SUCH OF THE PLACES THEY TRY TO TAKEOVER!
The Hightower's, even in defeat, still had all of the staff necessary for Byron to continue to be trained and taught to become what all of them needed, A LEADER. Thus even though defeated and subservient to the Watters Twins it was them and THEIR CHESTER TECH FACULTY-N-STAFF. That were critical for Byron to remain in the hands of ANY PAGCO, be they Rogues or not!

Because of the actions of Watters-Hightower in taking out Chessica and Her Bitches? It allowed for another round of infighting within Chester-PAGCO itself! Keep in mind that Chessica was never working from inside the actual physical Chester-PAGCO headquarters on the Delaware River waterfront of Chester. She'd stayed hidden in her own estate that was nestled away in Springfield-Media which allowed her to calmly know what was going on, but never get caught-up in the bullshit battles and backstabbing!
Even when she finally stepped to the plate she simply kept the Chester-PAGCO HQ in the dark and out of her business where she used DD Vinggus and her Wellness Center as the on the spot location for Chester City. DD Vinggus controlled the Chester-PAGCO Wellness Center and also avoided the bullshit battles of Chester-PAGCO HQ, so if you're following all of this that means that neither Chessica nor DD Vinggus ARE OR WERE OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED except for DD Vinggus being in charge of the Wellness Center. And Chessica wasn't even known by Chester-PAGCO HQ! The Hightower's controlled Chester Tech, which means none of these bitches have any actual posted positions DIRECTLY TIED TO CHESTER-PAGCO HQ!
None of them are VP of Chester-PAGCO.
None of them are CFO of Chester-PAGCO.
Etc-etc!
And this is where Medusa Following makes her way onto the stage PRIMARILY thanks to Byron's Rogue Bitches wiping out Chessica and her bitches! Because by default, the Wellness Center of Chester-PAGCO then ends up losing its Chief Medical Officer and OWNER! DD Vinggus. While others didn't bat an eyelash at the sudden death and destruction of DD Vinggus, Medusa did. And the reason for why is obvious. Because now that the ORIGINAL PAGCO-Mang that controlled CONSTANTLY SCOUTING FOR NEWBORNS WAS GONE?
Medusa understood that she could now slip one of HER OWN MED-TECH MANGS into that position! Once she seized control of Chester-PAGCO HQ. This is another FATAL FLAW with Rogue-PAGCO as well, understanding and REMEMBERING the FACT. That PAGCO IS an actual ORGANIZATION WITH A HIERARCHY that is SUPPOSED TO WORK, but doesn't do to COLLAPSE. It doesn't mean that bitches have FORGOTTEN that they have a system in place and there is SUPPOSED TO BE a centralized authority that hands out posts and so-on-so-forth!
The Watters Twins and the Hightower Twins never even once thought about how THEIR ACTIONS might FREE UP someone or MOTIVATE SOMEONE who was fighting for control over Chester-PAGCO HQ itself! To rally and seize control and then come looking for why BOTH the Wellness Center that SCOUTS for newborns to RECRUIT and Chester Tech, the school that RAISES THESE CHILDREN, have both GONE DARK! With one actually LOSING ITS LEAD-BITCH WHO COMPLETELY CONTROLLED SAID FACILITY.
Medusa Following would finally take control of Chester-PAGCO HQ and IMMEDIATELY SUSPECT that some shit was going on that she needed to put a stop to or find out about, ASAP! And ASAP IT WAS! As she IMMEDIATELY went from winning control over Chester-PAGCO HQ to battling it out with Watters-Hightower! Where she would end up destroying them and seizing Byron and "his parents".
Like Lady Chessica before her, Medusa made it clear that she intended to raise Byron up to become Her Master. But unlike Chessica Medusa and her med-techs were able to determine that Byron was far more powerful and far more capable! Than Chessica knew or understood. And Medusa chalked that up to Chessica hiding her ass away and staying out of danger for so long that she dulled her own sense of self as a PAGCO-Mang. Medusa, was determined to reclaim ALL OF THE REGION, not just Chester City. She then laid out a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN to her 12-year old master and made it clear that if he followed HER PLAN!? Once they took Philadelphia-PAGCO HQ then he would be able to seize command-n-control OF THE ENTIRETY OF PAGAN-CORP! By reclaiming and restoring the global headquarters to order!
This grand plan was legit, but with all of the shit had gone on?
Medusa secretly feared that IACF attention had been brought back to Chester City.
And unfortunately for Her and even for Byron, she was right....
12 - 14 6th-8th Karima Channel/GLA Valentina Valentine Corrupted
*Karima Channel was the top recruiter of Glen Loch Academy. GLA was given orders to investigate PAGCO activity in Chester City and the Headmistress of GLA dispatched Karima under the orders of her finding out what was going on and why after the sudden destruction of DD Vinggus of the Chester-PAGCO Wellness Center, a known facility constantly trying to recruit for "the Next" Dr. Charles Pagan.
So while Medusa was correct to believe all of the back-n-forth bullshit had caught IACF's eye, she was actually years late. Because Karima had been prowling around since Byron was 10-years old almost immediately after the pelting of DD Vinggus. And this is where once again being out of the loop and having Rogue-PAGCO all up in the sauce and not knowing how to cook shit without letting others see the smoke!?
Was costly.
Medusa herself had been bogged down for decades and having to fight her way up through the ranks and constantly look over her shoulder at every addition she made to Her Following. But while she was doing this Karima was skulking around and sniffing out what the hell had happened, especially since DD Vinggus' Wellness Center got shutdown and shuttered once her and her bitches had been permanently pelted and destroyed.
All of these things were signs to Karima that small-fry were trying to get upsized only to end up eaten up anyway when dealing with bitches like her and GLA, whose sole existence has always been to track down and takeaway any and all recruits that PAGAN-CORP attempts to get! Something they were great at doing even when Charles Pagan was around and giving orders, so now without their backbone and big-brain to tell them what to do!?
Karima already knew that all she had to do was simply keep sniffing around and collecting clues till she knew who was doing what and why and when and where and how and then she could go on ahead and start kicking cunt-n-ass until she got these bitches back to understanding that they'd do better to keep backbiting each other and not think about shit that was beyond their abilities.
Like rising up without a Master to make up for all their preprogrammed flaws and weaknesses.
And it was within all of that bravado and bluster that Karima realized that this was actually the only thing that would get these two-bit tramps to start slaughtering each other at a rate that honestly made any sense!
Karima wasn't top recruiter for nothing and just like being a human recruiter collecting information and figuring out what is needed to lure and entice a student to come to her school. She knew already that for the Chester-branch of PAGCO to be up in arms and then the Wellness Center has been shutdown and sealed!? Somebody then found someone of worth in shitty Chester City! And for her that was alarming and showed that local IACF had not only become way too lax, but way too fuckin overconfident too!
Karima would hide her identity easily thanks to the fact that IACF-recruiters do not have animal-features and this is done to allow them to be able to do what Karima ended up doing;
Imitate Rogue-PAGCO.
Medusa had no idea that Karima had actually started interfering and fighting against Watters-Hightower! Posing as yet another Rogue-PAGCO who was now trying to disrupt and destroy what the Watters Twins had worked their asses off to achieve. Karima whittled away at them and actually bested them personally on a number of ocassions, but never being able to follow through and pelt them and put them out of the way!
Realizing her own hastiness she withdraw and went back into hiding now that she'd stirred up Watters-Hightower. But then they fell under attack from Medusa Following and that gave Karima her chance to finally observe and get a bigger grasp of the whole picture. Sure enough now that Medusa had taken control of Chester-PAGCO HQ, Medusa fucked up by updating the directory and highlighting the change of hierarchy and a return to stability, thus marking herself and her faction as a threat.
Karima did her job and reported all of this back to GLA and they in turn informed local IACF and the order came back for her to investigate further. Find out IF Medusa has acquired a potential recruit of worth. Pelt her and Her Following and restore the Chester-PAGCO branch back to its normal state of anarchy. Evaluate the potential recruit they had.
If sweet, keep.
If sour, devour.
Parents of said candy are to follow suit pending on the candy's taste.
And with that said Karima then spent her time letting Medusa stabilize things more so that she could get a clear one-shot run of the table! By allowing Medusa to put all of her BUSINESS out there so she'd know who to pelt and who not to. And slowly but surely Karima ran the table and wiped out Medusa's best and brightest bitches until she finally eliminated Medusa herself. In all of this she began interacting with Byron and ultimately found him to be sweet and a legit threat if left to join PAGCO. Like Chessica, Byron's Rogue Bitches, Watters-Hightower and Medusa-Following, killing Byron's parents was not on the table.
But unlike the PAGCO-bitches, Karima knew that that was ONLY FOR NOW.
Because Byron had become THOROUGHLY CORRUPTED by being raised by PAGCO. Never mind that when Charles Pagan was around Chester City has always been PRO-PAGCO and always SUPPORTED PAGCO. So bringing Byron back to GLA for indoctrination was either going to be his last stop before him and his family were executed. Or he'd be indoctrinated and he'd make a GREAT IACF JUNIOR OFFICER!
