You cannot have everybody trying to do their own thing with no common code of conduct and then expecting POSITIVE GROUP MOVEMENT AND POSITIVE RESULTS. It DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. There has to be a UNIFORM CORE SET OF VALUES AND PRINCIPLES THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE so that their collective is STABLE, PRODUCTIVE, PROSPEROUS AND POWERFUL.
