Obama's Program of Illegal Incarceration, Mass Extermination

Here is a video by Dr. Boyce Watkins where he talks about the massively blatant imprisonment of Black people here in Nazi-America. Let me make a couple of things plan and simple;

#1) If you vote for Hillary Clinton you are simply putting her back in office to finish what her husband started with mass incarceration prison sentences.
#2) The prison sentences on the books HAVE TO BE on the books in order to mass incarcerate US. I am UNINTERESTED in what happens with anyone else.
#3) These prison sentences are SUPPOSED TO BE ENFORCED ON EVERYONE, but common sense will show and tell you that THEY ARE NOT. An organized Black People would be investing time in having a Blackwatch Branch where their only purpose is the collection of information so that WE KNOW HOW TO PROCEED AND HOW THINGS ARE BEING DONE.
Translation?
   Blackwatch would monitor and observe court cases, in this instance, of how Whites are sentenced in comparison to how WE ARE SENTENCED. The entire purpose would be, in this instance, to FIGURE OUT WHAT ARE JUDGES AND ARRESTING OFFICERS AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S, WHAT CHARGES ARE THEY GIVING TO WHITES THAT ALLOW THEM TO DODGE THE MANDATORY SENTENCE THAT WE ARE NOT.
   Without INFORMATION, nobody can do anything CORRECTLY.
   I've always looked at US sideways with this willingness to be INFORMATIONALLY-BLIND BUT EXPECT A GOOD END RESULT. Ignorance kills and I didn't need to read the Art of War to know that you can't fight against an enemy you know nothing about or deal with a situation or BATTLE in any war, where proper recon-&-intelligence gathering hasn't been done.

If we are NOT VIDEOING OR DOING STENOGRAPHIC WORK to COLLECT INFORMATION on how Whites ARE SENDING US TO PRISON ON LAWS THAT THEY TOO SHOULD HAVE TO FACE, BUT DON'T!? If we aren't even investing the time to FIGURE OUT how are THEY DODGING MANDATORY SENTENCES AND WE AREN'T, then we're not serious about Our Restoration to Respectability and Power. It really is that simple. And I KNOW that they are ducking and dodging the mandatory sentences BECAUSE THEY ARE WHITES HELPING OTHER WHITES, but we need to know HOW they are ducking and dodging, so we can then DESTROY THAT PROCESS.

Legally? Whites ALWAYS BACK OFF when THEIR LEGAL ESCAPE ROUTE HAS BEEN DESTROYED. But without CONCRETE AND CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE OF HOW THEY'RE LEGALLY AVOIDING THE MANDATORY SENTENCES AND MASS INCARCERATION, then we have a problem, and it has nothing to do with Houston. Here is the video;
