Stretches and Workout DONE!

These slow burn push-ups are really trying to kick my ass.

But I am pleased by the fact that I got through almost all of the sets without modifying and using my knees.

People are looking at me crazy and they keep saying "You're 45 years old man. Just buy a car!" or they say "It's okay, you're a middle-age man. A little weight-gain and high blood pressure is normal."

Hmphf!

Mind you these are words from all races coming from various places, however?

#1) Our People suffer and die from being too fat, note I did not say too  heavy, NO. TOO. FUCKIN. FAT! And? We also have ABNORMALLY HIGH CASES OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. So I'm not going to pretend like We're not always STRESSED OUT. Then EATING FOOD AND HAVING SEX TO ESCAPE BEING STRESSED OUT FROM WHITE POWER SUPREMACY AND EVERYDAY NORMAL BULLSHIT OF LIFE.

This is a MAJOR REASON WHY WE'RE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE.

Because We're NOT BEING HONEST WITH OURSELVES AND THEN EXECUTING ACTION BASED ON THAT HONESTY ABOUT OURSELVES AND OUR SITUATION.

Yesterday at work?

I saw shit where no doubt about it.

I change them from White to Black and they're fired immediately.

One of the disgraceful dirtbags from next door is now up and into the bathroom.

A clear cut reminder of WHY I HAVE TO FOCUS ON ACHIEVEMENT AND IN MY WORK.

They've now crept out of the bathroom, where even their slow careful movement gives away the fact that they are shocked that I am not in the bathroom getting showered.

Like I said, I've altered my schedule and I'm testing it out.

Today I ran a bit over, so I'm ABOUT TO GO SHOWER.

But I like to get THIS POST UP SOON AS I FINISH.
