If there is one thing that I DO REMEMBER it is that having stepped up My Game and gotten BACK into working out and all of that!?
The first FULL WEEK IS PAINFUL! But also since I have to get up at 5am EST to even be able to do the stretches and workout and then get showered dressed and get breakfast cooked, ready! THEN HEAD OUT!
Then..?
WALK IN FROM AT&T STATION!?
I hadn't realized that My Walking Routine has been going on since My Birthday on December 22nd.
So I've been faithful to doing that and with THIS first week down!? You wanna talk about aches pains and being TIRED!? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!
So of course...?
I woke up at 5am EST WITHOUT THE ALARM CLOCK!

Then went back to sleep.
Woke again at 8am EST and then it was time to go pay rent.
Do some light shopping.
And I've been tired throughout most of today, so I've been in the bed and drifting in and out of sleep.
Every time I try to get going I go nowhere except for back to bed!
So!?
I've got to keep in mind that I gotta keep my body IN ONE PIECE because until I get up on MY FEET WITH WILLIAMS WORKS, then the day-job is the sole source of income!
Either way.
I'm spending the day trying to, I've SPENT THE DAY, trying to get MYSELF IN ORDER!
