South African Court Rules South Africa's Withdrawal from Phony ICC Is Unconstitutional

As I type this you have Black South Africans exposing Their Cowardice by once again attacking everyone and anyone EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ACTUALLY FUCKED THEM OVER.

To say that I am neither shocked nor surprised by this is not an understatement. Centuries of conditioning Black People, OF BLACK PEOPLE, by Whites.

With extra-harsh sentencing for ANY INFRACTIONS by Us TOWARDS THEM.

While they then TURN A BLIND-EYE in order to PROMOTE BLACK VILIFICATION OF BLACKS BY BLACKS, as well as CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR OF BLACKS ON BLACKS.

While at the same time STRONGLY DISRUPTING AND DESTROYING BLACK SELF-RELIANCE AND INTERNAL POLICING BY US, thus?!

Creating a constant psychological cesspool of conditioning meant to train Black People to TARGET OTHER BLACKS. 

FOR ANYTHING AND ANY REASON.

While MYSTERIOUSLY AVOIDING WHITES LIKE THE PLAGUE NO MATTER WHAT CRIMES THEY COMMIT AGAINST US ANYWHERE.

So I was wondering when someone WITHIN the South African government was going to come out and say that LEAVING the PHONY WHITE CONSTRUCT OF "Justice" the ICC, of which I have stated on here before that it is yet another White-construct of Crap. 

Claiming to be some beacon of bullshit meant to ensnare Blacks and anybody else dumb-enough to give even more power to Whites than they already fuckin have.

Quite frankly to be this stupid is a crime.

Which should be punishable.

By Death.

The fact that ONCE AGAIN, Black People somewhere have completely disregarded history and present-day events to hand MORE. 

POWER.

OVER THEM.

TO WHITES.

South African Court rules ICC withdrawal plan Unconstitutional

South African government wanted to leave the ICC as a result of the court's alleged bias against African nations.

A South African court has ruled the government's plan to withdraw from the International Criminal Court (ICC) was "unconstitutional and invalid", providing a boost to the embattled Hague-based institution.

The court has recently been fighting off allegations of pursuing a neo-colonial agenda in Africa, where most of its investigations have been based.

Three African states - South Africa, The Gambia and Burundi - last year signalled their intention to quit the ICC. The Gambia's President Adama Barrow, elected in December, said earlier this month it will remain in the ICC.

South Africa announced in October that it had lodged its decision to pull out with the United Nations, after a dispute over Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir visiting the country in 2015.

South African authorities refused to arrest Bashir although he faces an ICC arrest warrant over alleged war crimes, saying he had immunity as a head of state.

'Unconstitutional and invalid'

"The cabinet decision to deliver the notice of withdrawal ... without prior parliamentary approval is unconstitutional and invalid," said judge Phineas Mojapelo in the North Gauteng High Court.

The president and ministers "are ordered forthwith to revoke the notice of withdrawal," he added.

The court ruling was a setback for President Jacob Zuma's government, but Justice Minister Michael Masutha said the government still plans to withdraw from the court.

Masutha described the government's notification to the UN of its intent to withdraw from the Rome Statute, the 1998 treaty establishing the Hague-based court, as a policy decision.

He said the government would decide how to proceed, including a possible appeal, after reading the full judgment.

The opposition Democratic Alliance (DA) party (The White Party with Black Slaves Paraded Around to Hide Their White Supremacist Stench & Agenda), which was one of the groups that brought the court case, on the other hand, welcomed the judgment (OH I'M SHOCKED BY THIS, typed Me never).

"The withdrawal by the South African government from the ICC was irrational and unconstitutional," DA MP James Selfe told AFP news agency.

"We would like South Africa to stay in the ICC because we believe that it is consistent with our constitution and with the legacy of Nelson Mandela. (Ahhhhh it's the ole Use the Pacifistic Black Person who actually DISARMED LIED AND MISLEAD HIS PEOPLE-PLOY! To once again PAY DIVIDENDS to help Black People fuck themselves over AGAIN, GREAT PLAN AND GREAT MOVE! Predictable, BUT GREAT MOVE!)

The ICC, which launched in July 2002 and has 124 member states, is the first legal body with permanent international jurisdiction to prosecute genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes (But it has yet to bring any such charges against the countless WHITE FUNDED GROUPS WHO TERRORIZE THEIR OWN NATIONS Like the CIA-backed Boko Haram of Nigeria, you know, because, REASONS!).
