So it is 10:18am EST and I am at the Dayjob. I'm wondering how YOUR DAY IS GOING TODAY ON YOUR BIRTHDAY. I am hoping that things started off GREAT! And that Your Mother has been doing right by You. I'm not exactly pleased to be typing that, because She's not supposed to be doing anything where I am in a position to have to hope that She's "doing Right", by My Own Son.
This is one of the reasons why I am continuing to work hard to grow Williams Works Ebooks and actually give You the Means to not have to endure and go through the nonsense that I had to go through as a Young Black-American Man in an overwhelmingly White-American dominated workforce.

Is a CLEAR CUT INDICATION that We as Black-Americans DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE A CUSTOMS-&-CULTURE CORRECTLY BUILT AROUND OUR NEEDS AND WANTS AND STRICTLY FOR OUR NEEDS AND WANTS ALONE.

Unfortunately I had already made too many excuses for My Wife's Behavior when it came to what She Found Acceptable.
Meaning?
She had no problems with complaining about Unfair Treatment from Whites.
But never in Her Life did She ever do anything about any of it.
So to Her, complaining while never doing anything was normal to Her.
I on the Other hand...?
No.
And this was part of what Attracted Your Mother to Me.
But it was solely so She could have Me to run to when it came to Dealing With the Whites She Routinely Worked For.
Actually getting Away from Them only became important to Her after She saw My Determination with Williams Works, where She saw that YOU, AS YOU SHOULD BE.
Was My Primary Motivation.

Because for My Success to CAUSE HER TO HAVE NIGHTMARES, meant that SHE DID NOT SEE MY SUCCESS AS HER SUCCESS ALSO.
Thee Worst Part is thee Fact that I had PLENTY OF WARNING SIGNS of Her Warped Way of Looking at The World and at Looking at Things In General.
But I pressed forward anyway clinging to delusional beliefs centered on EMOTIONS.
Instead of BASED ON THE FACTS OF THE MATTER.
This post is going to be YOUR FIRST TEST of whether or not You KNOW how to accept information that You may not LIKE. I'm under NO DELUSION that typing this could POTENTIALLY be off-putting to You and for You because You grew up with Your Mother, however...?

Particularly Black-American Mothers, are NOT TALKING TO THEIR SONS ABOUT THESE ISSUES AND/OR PUSHING THEM AND PAIRING THEM WITH MEN WHO OWN AND CONTROL AND CAN TEACH THEIR SONS HOW AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO OWN AND CONTROL, versus renting and BORROWING.

As a Prime Example.
I was riding with Your Grandmother on My Side of the Family, My Mother.
And She was taking two of the Neighborhood kids with Us to the store.
The Young Girl was about 12 or 13.
And Her Little Brother was about 8 or 9.
They were playing with toys in the backseat and the Young Girl says to Her Brother "It's better to BORROW TOYS FROM the Kids up the street!" and She was loud and proud of what She'd said.
But Her Little Brother immediately reminded Her that "But those are Their Toys. And We always have to give Them back! And I'm tired of that I want My Own Toys!"
So My Mother and I were listening to Them and the Sister then says "NO! Because IT'S EASIER TO JUST BORROW THEIRS! Mom said it's easier and IT IS!"

Now...?
Now My Mother is getting uncomfortable.
Because the Girl OPENLY ADMITTED THAT HER MOM IS THE ONE WHO CONVINCED HER THAT BORROWING IS BETTER! While HER BROTHER has CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THAT WHEN YOU BORROW FROM OTHERS THEN YOU HAVE NO SAY OR CONTROL OVER ANYTHING BECAUSE WHATEVER IT IS IS NOT YOURS!
So the Little Boy then starts saying "But They're their toys, They're not even Ours!?"
His Sister than starts arguing that THAT IS EVEN BETTER BECAUSE IF THEY BREAK THEN THEY DON'T HAVE TO REPLACE THE TOYS!

Now?
At this point My Mother is trying to drive Her Car PLUS HIDE UNDER THE SEAT! Because Her and I HAD ARGUED FOR YEARS where SHE TRIED TO SAY that it is OKAY for Black-Americans TO INDIVIDUALLY DO WHATEVER THEY WANTED TO DO...!
Till She was forced to live around Black People who'd BEEN ALLOWED TO BELIEVE THAT AS WELL. And, well? Her Neighborhood went downhill in a hurry. And then She saw that without Black-American Men IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHO ACT AND THINK LIKE ALONG THE LINES OF BLACK-THOUGHT LIKE I DO, well...?
It doesn't take long before the Rugged-Individualistic Black-Americans BRING THEIR DISORDERLY MOB-MENTALITY TO BEAR WITH DISASTEROUS RESULTS ON WHEREVER THEY ARE AT!
Their Mentality is centered STRICTLY AROUND THEM AND THEM ALONE. Thus as far as THEY ARE CONCERNED? If I wanna play music loud and out the window AT 12-MIDNIGHT then THAT'S MY BUSINESS! Never mind it is now Monday Morning and THE BLACK PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAVE TO GO TO WORK IN THE MORNING!
And They Do Such Things because THEY HAVE NO CONCERN ABOUT THE IMPACT THEIR INDIVIDUAL BEHAVIOR IS HAVING ON THE REST OF THE PEOPLE AROUND THEM. Till someone does something THAT DISRUPTS WHAT THEY WANT TO DO AT WHATEVER MOMENT WHEN THE TABLES GET TURNED ON THEM.
My Mother.
Had Foolishly Believed that Me, TELLING OTHER BLACK PEOPLE WHAT TO DO AND WHY, WHEN, HOW, AND WHERE, was wrong. She had NO CONCERN NOR INTEREST IN WHY I WAS DOING WHAT I WAS DOING. And Me Explaining What I was Doing and Why I was Doing It, meant nothing to Her.
Till Her Neighborhood Collapsed.
And then She was SURROUNDED BY Black People with HER LACK OF COMMUNITY AND DISREGARD FOR GROUP COHESIVENESS.
Now all of a Sudden, She was concerned.
Understand that unfortunately for all of Us, Your Mother took this same approach.
Till it became a problem.
Meanwhile...?
The Little Girl in the backseat begins to BROWBEAT Her Little Brother and shut Him Up. She starts ARGUING WITH HIM that BORROWING is BETTER THAN OWNING. Thus She is PASSING ON WRONG-MINDED MENTALITY that EVENTUALLY BOTH OF THEM WILL PAY FOR. My Mother DECIDES TO KEEP QUIET, what a shocker.
Instead of CORRECTING the Little Girl.
I of course am now the last person in this car that can CORRECT this Foolishness.
I am FULLY-AWARE that the Moment I correct this Little Girl I will by Default become and will be seen as, the Bad Guy.
So of course I went on ahead and said NOTHING.
That's Right.
I said.
NOTHING.
Not a Word.
Not a Peep.
Not a SYLLABLE.
Nada.
And it was because I was tired of constantly DOING MY DUE DILIGENCE TO PREVENT PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY HAPPEN.
And then being UNDERMINED.
I will tell You Right Now that Me Deciding to Not Speak, WAS WRONG.
1000%.
WRONG.
And I would CORRECT THIS MISTAKE a Few Weeks Later!
And I had a LONG TALK with both the Little Girl and Her Younger Brother.
I also began interacting and talking to Their OLDER Siblings who were still in high school.
And Why?
Because that is what We're SUPPOSED TO DO AS BLACK-AMERICAN MEN.
But I understood that Me Setting the Record Straight and Setting THESE CHILDREN STRAIGHT, is NOT ENOUGH.
What is NEEDED are the funds TO BE ABLE TO CREATE A PLACE AND PLACES WHERE BLACK-AMERICAN CHILDREN CAN BE PROPERLY EDUCATED. Even if There is DYSFUNCTION IN THEIR HOMES.
And for That?
It REQUIRES MONEY.
And FOR THAT!?
It REQUIRES A MEANS TO GENERATE THIS MONEY THAT IS OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY US!

1-29-18 Getting to Know My New OS
Good Evening from Philadelphia!
So I'm still trying to get used to this Win-10 OS. And it keeps reminding Me why I AVOIDED IT! I'm also seeing that BASIC INCLUDED MS-PROGRAMS ARE GONE TOO, like MS-Picture Editor. This easy to use program really allowed for Me to scan My Artwork and then do some easy and quick touch-up work like contrasting. Cropping. Tone highlights. As well as resizing and saving each pic as I saw fit for usage on MS-word doc, or online, etc.
Of course there is also NO MS-WORD on here except a Trial Basis and this version of MS-Office is ALL ONLINE BASED. So right now as I type this to You, it is 11:11am EST. I am of course at the Dayjob. And because of that I have NO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET, because these are all THEIR NETWORKS HERE.
I MIGHT, call Verizon and rearrange My Services so that I can be able to have internet access regardless of where I am. I'm not sure just yet. If anything I'm really trying to TIGHTEN UP how My Money is being spent on a monthly basis. Especially now that I am FINALLY starting to make some monthly petty cash from My Williams Works Webshop.
Having a new OS without various programs I'd paid for and were INCLUDED WITH THAT WIN-7 PRO OS. Some things are easy to miss and others are glaring. My VLC-player was something I paid for and is NOT MS. So that has been a HUGE LOSS!
Cuz I could play ANY TYPE OF FILE ON THE VLC. As well as OPEN MULTIPLE-VLC PLAYER-FILES AT 1X! Something I CANNOT DO with this Win-10 OS. And now with everything being INTERNET-BASED, whereas before YOU BOUGHT A DISK AND THEN UPLOADED THE PROGRAM ONTO YOUR COMPUTER, WHICH MEANT IT WAS YOURS AND YOU ALWAYS HAD AND HAVE ACCESS TO USE IT WHETHER YOU ARE ONLINE OR OFF!
But with things being the Way They Are on this Win-10 and with TOO MANY THINGS. Sometimes I simply believe that people in general are just gulliable and stupid when They applaud and laud "the Cloud" and online easy-access! While COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT THAT THEY NOW NO LONGER PHYSICALLY OWN AND CONTROL WHAT THEY HAVE JUST BOUGHT!
They have gone from OWNING THE PROGRAM AND THUS BEING ABLE TO DO AS THEY PLEASE, to now being RENTERS. Even as I type this I have NO ACCESS to the Internet. Which would mean that I would NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE ADOBE SUBSCRIPTION THAT I'VE PAID FOR, if I had it. I'd ALSO NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE WORD SUBSCRIPTION THEY'RE TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY RIGHT NOW.
Never mind that each version of MS-Word had been DECIDEDLY LESS THAN its previous versions leading back to Word 98, if My Memory is correct, which everyone still breaks Their Necks TO PIRATE TO THIS DAY!
The Tone Deafness of MS is something where I have typed to You Before about WHY WE MUST AS BLACK-AMERICANS GET BACK INTO BEING PRODUCERS. BECAUSE THE MARKET IN ALL HONESTY IS WIDE-OPEN FOR COMPETENT COMPETITION AGAINST THE PRE-EXISTING WHITE-CORPS THAT HAVE THROWN AWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY.
Speaking of which!?
I have 2-customers who purchased some merch that are actually NOT HAPPY with the way Their Merch turned out. One of the BIG DISAPPOINTMENTS of My OG-OS and Harddrive biting the dust is the Fact that I am doing TWO CUSTOM DRAWINGS FOR THEM!
Where I will be sending Them THOSE ON THE SAME TYPES OF SHIRTS THEY ORDERED. So I'm gonna have to get that RESTARTED as the initial designs were lost on the old hard drive last week Friday.

The Biggest PROBLEM is the Fact that Win-10 DOES NOT HAVE MS-Photo Editor. And the NEW ARTWORK had been scanned and then never got put up, now?
This new OS DOES NOT HAVE THE PROGRAMS FOR SOMETHING AS BASIC AS OPENING A PICTURE! Without extracurricular NONSENSE!
Literally as I am TYPING TO YOU I have new artwork laid out on the floor staring back at Me and I'm NOT LIKING how the programs I have ON THIS OS, make things look. I may just go on ahead and BUY the adobe subscription TONIGHT!

Still Re-Collecting Everything
That went up with the Old Hard Drive.
It snowed today.
After being nearly 60-degrees last week.
I'm NOT EXACTLY feeling too great.
Which is another reason why I DID NOT POST ANYTHING FOR WILLIAMS WORKS TONIGHT.
Still getting used to Win-10.
Either Way, it is LATE!
And I need some sleep in a bad way.

Watching THIS VIDEO and Using It To Examine MY OWN STORYLINE
I'm STILL UP.
I stayed up A BIT TOO LATE.
Trying to put as much as I could onto My New Hard Drive.
In all honesty it's essentially A NEW LAPTOP.
So many programs from Windows 7 Professional ARE NOT ON Windows 10.
Never mind that I DID NOT ASK NOR WANT WINDOWS 10, because of PRECISELY THIS REASON.
However I have what I have now and I'm FIGURING IT OUT.
One of the biggest issues is the Fact that I click to GO TO Programs THAT NO LONGER EXIST.
And then I have to FIGURE OUT what has replaced said REMOVED PROGRAM on Win-10.
Bottom line is, I'm watching this video and FINALLY getting tired, mind You...?
I'm gonna have to be up in about 4-hours.
BUT!?
With the deletion of everything STORYLINE-WISE FOR ME.
That means I GET TO START OVER TO A POINT.

Reloading and TRACKING DOWN Things!

And so it came to pass.
That on Friday 1/26/18.
The ENTIRETY of ALL OF MY WORK.
Was Lost.
The Irony is and was, that I sat down Friday while at the Dayjob.
And got ALL OF MY DAYJOB WORK DONE.
FAST AND FIRST!
Because I'd DECIDED.
That it was PAST DUE TIME to put the 1st-Story up for Sale ON MY WEBSITE.
I LITERALLY FINISHED THE STORY and at 4pm EST.
My Laptop suffered a Fatal Error and the Hard Drive was completely destroyed.
That means that all of the background information.
The newly completed 1st-story.
All of My Notes.
All of the various clips and snippets I use here and elsewhere.
Over 50GB's of music.
Over 90GB's of Videos collected from the last 3-years which even includes much of the videos that Cynthia G has now decided to remove.
All Gone.
In the Blink of an Eye.
The Artwork that the Slumlady DESTROYED, as far as The PHYSICAL WORK.
Where all I had was the scanned finished artwork of it?
Those are now PERMANENTLY GONE.
ALL NOTES, because I need to type that again.
ALL OF MY NOTES for all Four Characters on Williams Works.
Gone.
The FINISHED BOOK for Prince Lu Gell?
Gone.
I'd spent SO MUCH TIME WORKING ON THESE THINGS ON THE OLD HARD DRIVE that I NEVER SAVED THEM TO ANYTHING ELSE.
Thus all the INTRICATE NAMES AND DETAILS AND SUCH?
The HISTORICAL TIMELINE for the Earth-based Characters starting with Priest-13?
Gone.
All Gone.
But?
Some things can be remembered.
Others?
Retrieved from Williams Works itself.
While Others?
Gone.
And will NOT be coming back.
I had FOUR TYPED blogpost saved on the old hard drive.
Gone.
Meanwhile?
I was reminded that laptops, desktops, COMPUTERS IN GENERAL?
They're NO DIFFERENT THAN CARS.
I realized once I gave permission to install this new hard drive and OS.
That I COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE simply paid the money to have THE OLD HARD DRIVE REMOVED.
Had ALL THE DATA TRANSFERRED TO AN EMPTY EXPANSION DRIVE.
Then had THEM PUT IN THE NEW HARD DRIVE AND OS.
And then I simply could transfer whatever I wanted, however I wanted.
From There.
Final Cost would have been;
$180.
An Amount that I've had week after week, month after month, and?
Year after Year.
So I learned a VALUABLE LESSON.
Right now!?
I'm REBUILDING this new hard drive.
Because it is COMPLETELY BLANK.
900GB's of space.
And a new OS that IS NOT the one that I had, which They DID NOT tell Me They'd Do.
So I have some getting used to, with this NEW OS.
Of course all the scanned pics of My Artwork are gone.
So ALL OF THAT has to be RE-SCANNED TO THIS NEW HARD DRIVE.
I'm going to be EXTREMELY BUSY over the next few days simply TRANSFERRING FILES AND TRACKING DOWN THAT WHICH I'VE LOST AND RESTORING PROGRAMS AND SUCH AND BOOKMARKS AND SUCH AND ALL OF THAT!!!!!!
But in the Midst of All of this I am BACK ONLINE.
So Lemme Get To It....
