As You can see by the Title of this Post it is typed INTENTIONALLY to point out the Fact that when Black-American Rap Music came on the Scene in the 70's there was a select few Black-Americans who UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY NEEDED TO BE OWNING-CONTROLLING-&-PRESSING THE RECORDS & DOING THE DISTRIBUTION, again!?

No Group, regardless of DESCRIPTOR/S, that has ENSLAVED ANOTHER & THEN PASSED LAWS & SET ITS NATIONAL AGENDAS & SOCIAL-POLICIES TO DESTROY-&-DEMEAN SAID ENSLAVED GROUP, the Enslaver...!?

Shout out to some of the Dayjob Coworkers who stopped all the Bullshit when I pointed this out earlier this week during a nice hot button topic where I was asked why DID I THINK things were the way they were & are in the Black-American Community & I had to REMIND THEM THAT WE HAVE NEVER EXISTED IN A VACUUM HERE IN THE UNITED STATES.

So I set the Table REMINDING THEM OF THAT & THEN DARING OPPONENTS TO DISPROVE WHAT MY STARTING POINT WAS, which THEY COULD NOT!
So I wanna make it CLEAR.
That it was BECAUSE OF SIMPLE THINGS LIKE THIS?
That I DID NOT MOVE UP FROM MY LAST DAYJOB AS A SECURITY OFFICER INTO WORKING FOR THE CLIENT I WAS DOING SECURITY WORK FOR.
A White-Exec said flat out to "the Site Manager of My Security Company Employer" that I was too much of an influence on "His Black Workers" & did not want Me to...?

Where one coworker from that Dayjob said flat out "When You & so-so interact...? It's like the two of You have been fighting each other for far longer than your physical fuckin actual ages...."

The Bottom Line is that even though this White-Exec knew that His Company needed Me he was more concerned about the long-term affects-effects with the AMOUNT OF MONEY I WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID & THE INFLUENCE I WOULD HAVE EXERTED ON HIS LONG-TIME BLACK-EMPLOYEES WHO WERE GETTING FAR MORE MONEY.
BUT WERE WASTING IT.
His concern?
Was the UNDERSTANDING that as long as He kept ME.
AWAY FROM THEM.
Then THEY'D CONTINUE TO WASTE MONEY THAT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN USING TO INVEST & BUILD THINGS THEY WOULD HAVE OWNED THEMSELVES.
This ties into the Fact that Whites, while not actually thinking Rap Music would ever go anywhere?
They did MAKE SURE TO KEEP BLACK-AMERICANS FROM CREATING LABELS & PUSHING TO OWN THE MACHINERY & SPACES NECESSARY TO PRESS THE RECORDS & THEN RUN THE DISTRIBUTION OF SAID RECORDS & ARTISTS!

So while Whites had NO FAITH in Rap Music they DIDN'T RISK ALLOWING ANY BLACK RECORD COMPANIES TO COME INTO EXISTENCE BECAUSE OF IT...!
Thus as Black-American Rap Music grew in the 80's & actually STABILIZED? Many Whites were still doubting it would last beyond the 80's & because of this, while Whites, WHITE-JEWS ESPECIALLY, owned the Record Companies?
They decided that GETTING IN THE WAY WHILE THE GETTING WAS GOOD WOULD BE BAD FOR THEIR BUSINESS, so...!?
They STAYED OUT OF THE WAY, which allowed for Rap-Groups TO BE THE ACTUAL NORM ALONGSIDE SOLO-RAPPERS, something THAT IS LOST TODAY.
