I am keeping an eye on the situation in Memphis Tennessee, where a Black ex-con got into an altercation with a Nazi-Cop over being parked illegally. The Nazi-Cop PROBABLY DID what NAZI-COPS DO TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE. You will OBEY MY COMMANDS OR DIE! However!? This time while in the midst of his ED-209 Routine, this particular Blackman was an armed ex-con who ultimately ends up SHOOTING AND KILLING THE NAZI-COP!

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The latest on the fatal shooting of a police officer in Memphis, Tennessee (all times local):
The sister of an ex-convict charged with fatally shooting a Memphis police officer says her brother was just trying to defend himself because the officer was manhandling him and being too aggressive.1:45 p.m.
Callie Watkins said Wednesday that her brother, 29-year-old Tremaine Wilbourn, told her in a phone call before his arrest that he was forcibly pulled out of a car by Officer Sean Bolton on Saturday night. Police have said that Bolton approached the vehicle on foot after pulling up in his squad car and that it was parked illegally during a drug deal.
Watkins says her brother described Bolton putting him in a hold and telling him to put his arms up. But, she says, Wilbourn told the officer that he couldn't because his arms were restrained. She says that's when the scuffle escalated.
Police say Wilbourn took out a gun and shot Bolton multiple times.
Watkins described the situation as "kill or be killed."
Memphis police spokeswoman Karen Rudolph said that she did not want to "entertain that comment" and that the evidence in the case will speak for itself.

A man charged with fatally shooting a Memphis police officer during a struggle on a residential street has completed a brief court appearance.
Twenty-nine-year-old Tremaine Wilbourn appeared via video link from jail Wednesday morning. He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Officer Sean Bolton.
In the Shelby County General Sessions courtroom, Judge L. Lambert Ryan asked Wilbourn whether he had a lawyer. Wilbourn answered that he did not.
Ryan also asked whether Wilbourn has a weapons permit, and he again said no.
Ryan scheduled his next hearing for Aug. 12.
Court records initially showed that Wilbourn was being held on a $9 million bond, but Ryan said in court that the amount is $10 million. (Note that the Cincinnati Nazi-Cop shot Sam DuBose in the HEAD! LIED ABOUT IT! AND WHAT WAS HIS BAIL AGAIN!? This is NOT SOMETHING THAT MARCHING WILL SOLVE.)
