In this video BGS shows his correctly felt frustrations with having to bullshit about the Obvious matriarchy within Our Community. Even in the first few minutes He Points out that everyone knows Blackwomen are running the community and everybody has to tiptoe around that.
And this is why I have taken the stance that I have taken. Because there is no more time nor room, for games. Nor for worrying about the feelings and ego of failures. Myself included.
One cannot be in charge or believe others should pay Them respects and obey Them when They are failures. What's worse is when anyone in charge only has time to be in charge and claim such a position for as long as the sun is shining and shit is going good.

It is because I have been having to come to terms with the Fact that I am not supposed to make excuses for Their Incompetence anymore than I make excuses for My Own.
When I fuck-up.
When I Fail.
That is all it is.
It isn't...?

But when it comes to Women...?
It's almost always.
Some thing else.
Some other reason.
Why They fucked up.
And too many people condone this type of stupidity.
Till a woman or womens fuck-up's have caused major damage and now everything goes from making excuses for Her and/or Them.
To zero fuckin tolerance.
