Slow-Burn Push-Up's DONE...!


Good Afternoon from Philadelphia!!!!!
I've been continuing to workout like I'd typed a few weeks ago, but I have not always been posting about it. I'm still trying to get used to, which is a sign of the Fact that WHILE I MAY COME FROM THE COMPUTER-AGE, I DON'T, come from the Social Media-Age. Because I'm still trying to get used to CONSTANTLY POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA MEDIUMS.

Either way, I was able to knock out 2-sets of slow burn push-up's and then get into the Guts of various DDP-Yoga Exercises. I've still got a long way to go but I'm doing FAR BETTER than what I was just LAST MONTH.

Still have to set up My Doctor's Appointments to get these spinal-ailments TREATED.....
