I've typed before about the Fact that I've had to literally go outside & talk to some of the Younger Black-People in this area, because of the Fact that THEY DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE A SENSE OF PURPOSE! So they just GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS, welp!?

Had to have a convo with some people last weekend.

They didn't take it seriously.

And someone has now been murdered.

That is why I have NOT been posting.

Of course police showed up but the Reality is that the White-owned company that has CREATED THIS MESS, never took responsibility FOR THEIR BLACK-EMPLOYEES, never mind THIS IS A RESIDENTUAL & I'VE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN BOOTED OUT OF LOCATIONS BEFORE.

Because THEY LIKE TO SET UP THEIR BUSINESSES IN RESIDENTIAL-NEIGHBORHOODS!

THEY THEN DON'T EMPHASIZE TO THEIR NEW EMPLOYEES THAT THEY CAN'T CONDUCT THEMSELVES LIKE THEY ARE IN A BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL-DISTRICT!

The Neighborhood ULTIMATELY COMPLAINS TO THE WHITES WHO DO NOTHING.

Finally THEY DRIVE THE ENTIRE BUSINESS OUT AFTER A PROLONGED BATTLE TO GET RID OF THIS COMPANY!

Well?

As I'd warned last week when I pointed all of this out?

Somebody within the Neighborhood got pissed.

And I'm certain it's someone WITHIN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.

Words were exchanged or something?

Then death ensued!

I'ma leave it AT THAT FOR NOW.

But plenty of people have WEIGHED IN where I've simply reminded Them that WE CAN'T HAVE BOTH INSTABILITY INTERNALLY-&-EXTERNALLY AND THEN THINK WE CAN GET THINGS ACCOMPLISHED IN A POSITIVE MANNER...!

The Company KNEW ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THEY'D CAUSED BY COMING HERE & THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORHOOD/S AROUND WHERE THEY SET UP SHOP, and they could CARE LESS.

That's the EXTERNAL PROBLEM.

The INTERNAL PROBLEM was something I addressed RIGHT UP TO LAST WEEKEND WITH THEIR BLACK EMPLOYEES, where I have pointed out REPEATEDLY...!

That all of this "we don't need no men's" and "Black Male Patriarchy", well, once again, ALL OF THAT WENT OUT THE WINDOW EARLIER THIS WEEK WHEN THE EMPLOYEE WAS SHOT DEAD IN HIS CAR!

Where HE HAD NO BUSINESS BEING OVER HERE BECAUSE HE DOESN'T LIVE HERE!

BUT HE SWORE HE HAD "the Right" TO KEEP PARKING HIS CAR HERE AS IF THIS IS A BUSINESS PARKING LOT OR COMMERCIAL PARKING LOT & NOT A RESIDENTIAL PARKING LOT FOR THE RESIDENTS WHO LIVE HERE ONLY!

Now...?

He doesn't have to worry about that ANYMORE, meanwhile?

NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN?

The Black-Employees UNDERSTAND WHAT I'D WARNED THEM ABOUT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ISSUE.

Their WHITE-EMPLOYER COULD GIVE A FUCK ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THEIR BUSINESS ALWAYS CAUSES.

Then THE BLACK-EMPLOYEES came in with the NIGGATRY OF "I can walk up on Private Property & disrupt people's lives AND WHAT THEY GONE DO?"

Ahem.

That's what THEY WILL DO.

Kill You.

And now this man is dead.

What is WORSE...?

Which the Black-Employees I spoke with last weekend, REALLY WERE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH, was...?

They HONESTLY THOUGHT THEY WERE SAFER HERE.

Than in the Projects WHERE THEY COULD HAVE LOITERED AT & BEEN DISRUPTIVE & MADE ALL KINDS OF NOISE LIKE THEY'D BEEN DOING HERE, but...?

They bought into THE STEREOTYPES of "how DANGEROUS" the Projects are, which was the reason why they thought coming here was a safer bet, however, nothing could be FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!

This is ACTUALLY THE MORE DANGEROUS OPTION and here is why:

When I told Them "People here HAVE TO PAY RENT + UTILITIES. Nobody here pays at a reduced rate or gets government assistance to the extent of paying a small rental-fee like what CAN & DOES GO ON, in the Projects, no. People WHO LIVE HERE & ON THIS ENTIRE SIDE FROM X-STREET TO Z? These are ALL APARTMENT-COMPLEXES & HOMES WHERE PEOPLE PAY MONEY & DON'T WANT NOR NEED NON-RESIDENTS UP ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT MAKING NOISE, BEING DISRUPTIVE. Because these Non-Residents, THEY WORK AT A 24-JOB THAT NEVER USED TO EXIST HERE TILL THE WHITES OPENED THIS PLACE, eventually...? The Neighbors are gonna complain & then HOWEVER THE WHITE-OWNED BUSINESS HANDLES ITSELF IS GONNA DETERMINE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...!"

A couple of them IMMEDIATELY LEFT THE PROPERTY.

But one simply DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT SHE, once again, she felt as though she should be able to come over here and eat her food and mill around and talk loud on her phone and hang out with her coworkers!?

And I told Her "How about if I call some friends & We come to WHEVER YOU LIVE & THEN SIT ON YOUR STEPS & BE DISRUPTIVE & LOUD & SMOKE CIGS & WEED & IT'S 1AM IN THE MORNING & YOU GOTTA BE TO WORK BY 7 OR 8AM...!?"

She didn't like it.

But it STILL DIDN'T REGISTER, but I DID SEE how THE MALES CLEARED OUT!

Which was CONCERNING.

Because it was ONLY THE FEMALES WHO KEPT TRYING ARGUE ABOUT WHAT THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO.

I'm typing to You RIGHT NOW and the Neighborhood has RETURNED TO ITS NORMAL SILENCE ONCE THE SUN GOES DOWN.

But it took someone HAVING TO BE KILLED to make things THE WAY THEY HAD BEEN PRIOR TO THIS COMPANY SETTIN UP SHOP AROUND HERE....
