While continuing to listen to Kings and Generals Caesar's Civil War-series.

This Episode shows WHY BEING A DECISIVE-LEADER IS CRITICAL.

For the Record, YOU DO KNOW that WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IN THESE VIDEOS ARE ACTUAL LEADERS.

You know, the People that supposedly aren't needed and didn't/don't exist, those kinds of People.

While I am PAINFULLY-AWARE of Our Situation as Black-Americans AND AS MEMBERS OF THE BLACK-RACE IN GENERAL, is one OVERFLOWING with OUR LEADERS & LEADERSHIP-TALENT BEING MURDERED BY WHITES & THEIR SLAVES, Facts, are still Facts.

Leaders are critical.

And attempts to GET AROUND THAT, don't work.

And NEVER WILL.

No amount of talking is going to change that FACT.

Insulating One's LEADERSHIP-CLASS, is the Task OF THAT GROUP & it is one WE HAVE TO GET BETTER AT AS BLACK-AMERICANS ESPECIALLY, and WE ARE WORKING ON THAT.

Leaders ARE SUPPOSED TO SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE, INSIGHT, AND WISDOM, WITH THOSE WHO FOLLOW THEM, thus MAKING IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO GO FORWARD AND BECOME CAPABLE OF LEADERSHIP THEMSELVES.

The Code of Conduct of ANY GROUP?

Is ALWAYS EMBODDIED IN THEIR LEADERS AS A WHOLE.

This is where too much has gone wrong, because each Racial-Region of the World CREATES THEIR CODE OF CONDUCT BASED OFF OF THEIR ENVIRONMENT, INITIALLY. 

Where there Code of Conduct expands AS STABILITY IS REACHED & THE ENVIRONMENT IS BROUGHT UNDER THE CONTROL OF SAID PEOPLE IN WHATEVER RACIAL-REGION THEY ARE IN.

Leaders are embodiments of the Code of Conduct for a group.

They can also be CREATORS OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT FOR A GROUP.

But the Lack of Leaders PRODUCES &/AIDS IN GROUP INEFFICIENCY & LACK OF COHESION. I could continue but I'm not. To be clear I am typing this because You will see in THIS VIDEO...?

A number of decisions made where it REFLECTS THE LEADERSHIP & THE CODE OF CONDUCT CARRIED BY THE SIDE EACH GENERAL IS A PART OF. Being a Leader IS A RESPONSIBILITY!

The same way THAT BEING A FOLLOWER IS A RESPONSIBILITY.

But the Reality of the Relationship between the Leader & Their Followers IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SYMBIOSIS.

Not a PARASITIC ONE.

Good Followers keep the Leader in Line and ARE THE FOUNDATION OF HIS SUBORDINATES AND MEMBERS OF WHATEVER GOVERNING BODY THAT IS EITHER CREATED.
