153/92 83 bpm SO it is already going back up. Now!? If I can get this to be the normal resting rate RIGHT NOW!? And then keep working out and working it down, COOL! But I can't afford for it to get all the way back to 170+ over 95+ THAT IS TOO FUCKIN HIGH!
