Good Evening from Getting Back on Track in Philadelphia....
So I'm back home.
I finished My Back-Exercises.
Got in some planks & slow-burn push-up's which still surprised Me both this morning & just now. That I was able to STILL DO ALL OF THAT.
Ankle isn't showing any signs of reaggravation so that's good. Center of My Spinal-Column is TIGHT! Which is to be expected from 3-weeks of being bedridden!
All-in-all, NOT BAD!
Now!?
