Getting ready TO HEAD OUT!
It's been a RATHER PRODUCTIVE WEEKEND FOR ME!
Time to KEEP UP THE MOMENTUM!
I'm headed into MY LAST DAYS OF LIVING IN THIS ROOM!
And I have to admit the Slumlady and Slumlord had a GREAT CON-GAME GOING ON!
They successfully bilked me out of $10K in Rent Money IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS!
WHOA THAT IS A LOTTA FUCKIN MONEY!
But this is why people break Their Necks TO GET INTO REAL ESTATE OR RENTAL PROPERTIES! Even when They are TOTALLY ILLEGAL!!!!!
Because They HOPE THAT THE SYSTEM IN PLACE TO PROTECT LAND-OWNERS AND RENTERS!
Will ALLOW THEM TO ESCAPE BEFORE SHIT HITS THE FAN, case in point!?
L&I, License and Inspections, HAS TWO CASES OPEN REGARDING THE SLUMLADY AND NOBODY FROM L&I HAS BEEN HERE YET!
This is how Poor Working Blacks end up ON THE STREET!
Because They get BILKED BY THEIR SLUMLADY OR LORD!
TURN TO THE WHITE-FOUNDED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES!
AND GET NOTHING BUT BULLSHIT WHILE THE SLUMLADY PUTS THEM OUT ON THE FUCKIN STREET!!!!!
Understand that this can ALSO HAPPEN TO WHITES as well.
But this is why the entire case of Wealth and what it means to be a White-American, CAN ALLOW FOR A WHITE AMERICAN TO STILL DODGE AND SURVIVE THIS KIND OF CRAP!
While We as Black Americans are NOT TAKING OUR SITUATION SERIOUSLY.
Which means it calls for UNIFIED BLACK FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES TO LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER!
