Is KNOWN by the Police IN THAT AREA.
They KNOW WHO THE CRIMINALS ARE AND ALLOW THEM TO COMMIT CRIMES AND MORE LIKELY THAN NOT GET A CUT OF THE PROCEEDS.
Never mind that these Black-criminals CAN ALSO BE USED AS A SOURCE FOR BOTH INTEL, FAVORS, whether willingly or not, AS WELL AS A SOURCE FOR DRUGS BY THE VERY SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE STOPPING THEM.
The Nazi-Cop in this video was caught due to Him and His Nazi-Cop accomplice NOT PROPERLY ENTERING THE FACT THAT THEY STOLE $10,000 DOLLARS from the Victim!
The Victim STATED that the two Nazi-Cops ACTUALLY CAME AT HIM AS ACTUAL ROBBERS AND NOT "police".
So I need to clarify that because this type of critical information IS HEAVILY CONTAINED AND CONTROLLED IN HOW IT IS RELEASED BEYOND THE AREA WHERE IT TOOK PLACE, meaning?
The White Local-Media in the area this Nazi-cop and His Nazi-cop conspirators were stationed at and POSING AS "police officers".
Makes sure TO KEEP THIS INCIDENT AS LOCAL AS POSSIBLE.
So there won't be any AFFILIATES RUNNING BUT SO FAR WITH THE STORY.
And none of the LARGE-SCALE White Mass Media Mediums ARE GOING TO DO ANY IN DEPTH ANYTHING ON THIS.

So I needed to type all that AND STRESS AGAIN that these Nazi-Cops CAME AT THE VICTIM WITH THE FULL-INTENTION OF ROBBING THEM AND ACTING ACCORDINGLY!
And ONLY GOT CAUGHT.
Because They DID NOT ENTER THE FACT THAT THEY TOOK 10K from the Victim. They instead CLAIMED they took $38.
