It is because We have reached a point where nobody is going to honestly DO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.
Unless You ARE PRODUCING TANGIBLE RESULTS.
Among Other Things.

We have reached a point where Black-Americans need jobs where They can go to work and not have to put up with Non-Black-Based Bullshit.

Non-Black-Based Bullshit is simply a CATCH-ALL for the way MOST OF US. Are in Work Environments where We are LETTING ANTI-BLACK BIGOTRY.
Create STRESSFUL and NON-PRODUCTIVE.
UNHEALTHY.
UNSAFE!
Work-environments.
Because those around Us don't actually want Us around, but THEY HAVE A MONETARY INCENTIVE TO STILL TOLERATE US ON AND IN THEIR WORKFORCE/EMPLOYMENT.

This is THE QUICKEST WAY for Me to Explain this.
Because I'm headed out, EARLY.
I'm not in the Mood to stress and rush to the Dayjob.

The REALITY IS.
That UNTIL WE AS BLACK-AMERICANS.
ACCEPT THE FACT THAT WE CAN BUILD OUR OWN LOW-WAGE JOBS AND BUSINESSES.
And AT THE VERY LEAST!
Deal with EACH OTHER WHERE WE THEN KNOW WHY WHATEVER IS GOING ON AT THE JOB-DAYJOB-ETC!?

Is actually going on.
And while I am poorly explaining this, I will TRY to sum it up as this;
The Average Black-American always has to be mindful and experiences at some point or another, unnecessary.
Extracurricular.
BULLSHIT!
At Their Employment.
That has to do with Their PRIMARILY NON-BLACK EMPLOYER/S.
Making decisions and such, that are centered around WHAT THEY THINK OF US AS BLACKS.

Translation?
Example?
I DON'T NEED TO KEEP SAFETY REGULATIONS UP.
Because I've got a bunch of Black-workers mostly anyway, THEY'LL BE OKAY!
I DON'T NEED TO FIRE MEN WHO SEXUALLY HARASS MY WOMEN-WORKERS.
Because He only sexually harasses the Blackwomen anyway, THEY'LL BE OKAY!

Those two alone are more than enough to highlight what I mean.

About how and why and where and etc etc on what We Need to Do, Should Do, as Black-Americans.

He is CORRECT.
And THAT...!?
Is The Reality.

What Ashley and Her Panel fail to realize is that We are beyond the point of actual debate for the sake of debate.
Now?
Black-Americans need Black-Americans who can CREATE AND OFFER THEM JOBS.
HOUSING.
CLOTHING.
ETC.

But especially, JOBS.
And while I'd LOVE TO TYPE MORE, because remember. I ALREADY KNOW why Dr. Claud Anderson's Fishery in Detroit, FAILED.
You CANNOT HAVE ONE BLACKMAN TRYING TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES WHILE HE'S SURROUNDED BY BLACKS WHO ARE NOT.
