Get paid like Security Guards.
This is not only wrong.
It is horribly wrong.
American Police Officers, get paid.
And They get paid, extremely well.
Here is an example Using Philadelphia Police Officers Pay;
The current yearly salary for a Police Officer Recruit in the Police Academy is $49,477. After graduating the academy as a Police Officer, you receive a pay increase to $51,245. There are scheduled increases in pay to the present maximum of $64,459 a year. Overtime is paid at the level of time and a half.

Overtime is TIME AND A HALF PAY.
Now ask Yourself Again why whenever Crime IS DOWN.
Nobody talks about it.
Because IT WILL DIRECTLY IMPACT POLICE PAY FOR OVERTIME.

How can Police Salaries remain justified, when it is A FACT.
That They DO NOT HAVE THE MOST DANGEROUS JOB.
In 2016 being a police officer ranked You as 14th out of the 25 Most Dangerous Jobs, but typical for how Whites skew stats a look at even that leads to problems;

Police officers also suffered 28,740 nonfatal injuries, which required a median of nine days off to recover — on day more than the national median recovery time. Police officers often work around the clock, and 1.6% of nonfatal injuries in 2016 occurred at least 12 hours into an officer’s shift.

Note how I pointed out to You that police officers get Time and a Half in Overtime Pay. Pay attention to the Fact that They can ONLY GET OT IF JUSTIFICATION/S CAN BE MADE FOR IT, such as, this City is So Criminally Dangerous that We Must Give Overtime to Keep Everyone from being Murdered as I Type this!
Bear in Mind that this lie is always directed at cities with large Black Populations. And on the surface this lie actually will hold up. Until You begin doing any research whatsoever into how such a large Working-Poor Black-Population can have a criminal element that conveniently has military-grade firearms.
When there are no Black-American Gun-Manufacturers.
Nor any plants within Black-American communities.
Add to this that many of these criminals in too many cases can barely function with reading and writing and arithmetic, but conveniently They can get firearms and ammunition that They Cannot Afford.
No Access to Decent Public-Schools.
But mysteriously, access to weapons and munitions They cannot afford.
No Access to Decent Medical-Health Services.
But mysteriously Abortion-clinics Abound and plenty of Drugs to sell, yet never enough so that the Black-Drug Dealers improve where They Live.
Nor do They MOVE OUT OF THE KILLING ZONE/S THEY INHABIT.
Meanwhile?
Police Officers are working all of this overtime, yet, mysteriously.
They just can't seem to stop the flow of guns and drugs and munitions, yet?
While LITERALLY FAILING AT THEIR JOBS.
They get paid a median annual salary of 59K across the entirety of the United States.
But somehow the clearly super-genius Black-American Criminals are somehow staying ahead of Them.
While Black-American Neighborhoods do not reflect not one ounce of growth that does actually come from even illegal-illicitly gained profits.

The Police Officers are thoroughly involved in the entire thing, in some way, shape, form, and/or fashion.

Again, this Belief that We as Black-Americans can be dependent upon Non-Blacks to Provide Us with Jobs and Opportunities, will be a major source of Our Extermination and Extinction and it will have nothing to do with blaming White-Americans or any other Non-Black Groups. To not get out here and create small-businesses and self-employment opportunities as a Collective.

And then a policy of Anti-Black Apprehension and Exploitation drives Them with rewards and incentives to look for Black-People to intentionally lock-up and murder, while said Black-People are worrying about buying out movie theaters for Black Panther.
But can't even stop going to Asian Nail Salons and Hair Stores and buying Nike-Products, none of which benefits Them in thee least.
And then Your Local Police Department?
Is there to see to it that disorder is the order of the day.
And They are handsomely paid to continue to be Our Overseers.
Police Officers of America.
Are paid extremely well.
Extremely.

And as far as Their Job being Dangerous.
The Mass Majority of Fatalities for Police Officers are actually from driving-deaths.

According to the FBI, which publishes the data in the Uniform Crime Reports, from 1980–2014, an average of 64 law enforcement officers were feloniously killed per year. Those killed in accidents in the line of duty are not included in that number.
