As You have Seen, no postings at all over the Weekend. And that is because I ended up working on Saturday. Saturday Morning to Be Precise. Needless to say I overslept, which has never happened to Me since acquiring this Dayjob and is a horrible sign.

I got in an hour-&-a-half later and I was none-too-pleased of course I needed to get in to work on Saturday, not to do extra time. Nor to cover someone for whatever reason, both of which would land Me overtime-pay, no.
In typical fashion I was forced to either use a sick-day to cover the upcoming "Thanksgiving Holiday" or simply not work and have a day's worth of pay missing from next week's dayjob-paycheck.
Isn't that lovely?
I'll explain that situation another time but once again, liars and lazy-fucks along with cowards and ass-kissers have all come together to do what happens way too much. Which is kiss some random useless White-American's ass who has resorted to behavior that is MORE LIKELY THAN NOT A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE CONTRACT MADE WITH THE DAYJOB COMPANY, but...?
He's White.
So?
No need to worry about enforcing any contractual-agreements.
Especially since the Person/s impacted by His Bullshit is Black, so, yeah.
Which leads to my Post and its title.
I am about to put up two videos by Mr. Superboy where He is assuming something THAT I MYSELF HAVE NEVER ASSUMED, which is;

So it Muddies the Waters and continues the White-campaign of the Benign Neglect Policy that Whites instituted after the Latter Black Civil Rights Movement of the 60's and 70's.
Black-American Women most definitely KNOW AND UNDERSTAND Anti-Black Racism. This is why in 9th Grade I QUICKLY SAID THAT AFFIRMATIVE-ACTION MUST BE DESTROYED!
Because for starters, none of the Blacks of that Time marched for that nor asked for it. And since Whites have demonstrated a consistent history of blatantly lying and creating bogus programs to deflect and damper situations They do not wish to address when it comes to Us.
Then the best way to deal with this element-&-aspect of "White-Policy" is to simply avoid it and reject it at every turn.
This ties directly into the topic of this post. By accepting Affirmative-Action, Black-Americans set into even swifter motion The Ability of Black-American Women to BE DIVIDED AND FOR THEM TO DIVIDE THEMSELVES FROM US AS BLACK-AMERICAN MEN.
Because under Affirmative-Action Black-American Women meet two quota-conditions of that program.
1) They are Black.
2) They are Women.
Now...?
As I've stated before.
For all of this Chess Talk when My People speak about how "crafty" Whites are and how "deep and strategic and layered" Whites are.
Who the Fuck can't see where this bullshit is headed when They ACKNOWLEDGE WHITE-HISTORICAL PATTERNS IN POLICY TOWARDS US AS BLACKS AND ANYBODY WHO IS A "PROBLEM" TO THEM AT THE MOMENT.

Because I need to keep reminding You that the Real Reason why Whites are so skilled at suppression and oppression is from mastering such skills against Other Whites first.

So when I saw what the Affirmative-Action Law has as its core-basis. Then I knew immediately that initially it would benefit Blackmen. But it would actually be all about giving Blackmen JOBS AT WHITE-COMPANIES!
Which then removes Blackmen's ability TO HAVE THEIR OWN AUTONOMOUS COMPANIES AND/OR BUSINESSES.
This is why it is always said that Life is a Marathon.

This is also why I type that You cannot be;
1) Black-American.

It was obvious to Me even back then that Whites, who are in control of the entire Affirmative-Action PROCESS AND USAGE OF IT, and who the Fuck missed this goddamn Fact too?
When I encounter shit like this it's just embarrassing to Me because it's such an obvious and blatant trap that it is laughable to even fall for it;
Note that You can Fall for simple-stupid shit like this IF YOUR MIND-SET IS BASED OFF OF INTEGRATION AND ACCEPTANCE.
So I need to type that too.
Duration of Desperation for Acceptance both on a large-scale down to a personal-scale can cause people and persons to walk straight into some silly-shit where everybody else watching is like;
Blackmen who did not want integration more likely than not warned against this. Dr. Claude Anderson specifically stated that His Family actually had a Black-business and specifically said Affirmative-Action should be rejected because the Whites could spin it TO FORCE BLACK-BUSINESSES TO MERGE WITH LARGER WHITE-BUSINESSES.
In the End I have never supported Affirmative-Action because it is not strictly for Us and does not give Us what We need TO BE SELF-SUFFICIENT AND MAKE UP FOR ALL THAT WE NEVER GOT AND HAD DESTROYED BY WHITES, instead!?
It FORCES US CLOSER TO WHITES, which, makes no sense FOR US.
By the Way.
It makes no sense FOR US, by the Way.
It also had the easy to access ability to simply give everything to Blackwomen.
Because Gender also became a part of AND/OR became AFFECTED by and influential in the Affirmative-Action Program as well.
Again, Run and Go Vote!
Because that always works too.

I'll get into Shia LaBeouf's bullshit some other day but the Video on the Post still stands. Reacting in a crazy fashion with no point or purpose is and will always be the Worst Option. And the Fact that Black-Americans did not care about what happens next and what could the Consequences Be for Accepting Affirmative-Action, speaks volumes about the Leadership and Decision-Making of the Time and the Fact that I think I am among the Few Black-Americans who even points out that Affirmative-Action still needs to be dismantled right now.
Because it was always a Trojan Horse from day-1.
This Trojan Horse opened the door for Whites to begin quietly giving Blackwomen jobs and programs and such. While also giving Them more access to opportunities based off of the "Woman's Movement" which was meant strictly to help Whitewomen and became yet another wedge-weapon against Us as Black-People.
When Whites began giving more opportunities to Blackwomen.
So that is TWO PROGRAMS, NATIONAL PROGRAMS.
That pushed Blackwomen ahead of Blackmen.
All the While nobody is paying any attention to this Fact.
Add a Third National Program-Policy to Welfare and that should pretty much wrap it up!
Blackwomen have access to opportunities that while on the surface WILL PAY LESS MONEY THAN TO A BLACKMAN, BUT!?
If THE MASSES OF BLACKWOMEN.
Can find EMPLOYMENT MORE OFTEN THAN THE MASSES OF BLACKMEN...?
That's going to cause problems.
And once again the Duration of these Events taking place CREATES A PROBLEM. Because it causes a gap between whether or not both sides can even get a job. Add to this Black-boys NOT BEING RAISED TO CREATE JOBS AND BEING RIGIDLY TOLD TO GET A JOB...?

Again, as Duration of Time increases, results become more and more obvious as generations march forward.
Then it comes down to who is going TO SAY ANYTHING OR EVEN REALIZE WHAT IS HAPPENING.
Well, We already got that answered because I specifically remember in the Late-80's Black-Females constantly talking about the Fact that They could find jobs, why can't Black-Males. This increased in the 90's, adding to the Fact of what I typed earlier.
If People are looking TO BE ACCEPTED.
Then They're not paying attention to the Fact that you don't claim slavery was horrific but then you break Your Neck to be accepted BY THE DESCENDANTS OF YOUR ENSLAVERS.
Blackwomen, Our Women?
Understand Anti-Black Racism quite well.
It's proven to have been the biggest gain They have had which had allowed Them to proudly boast how They didn't need no man.
