As the Alpha-Gaming Post showed, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ANY SOLID ANYTHING TO THEIR CONTENT-CREATORS TO HELP THEM FIX THIS, heh!

Yet THEY ARE HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE, well after the Fact, I need to add. AND AT THE SAME TIME THEY DON'T TELL ANYONE THAT THEY HAVE A PUBLIC-SERVER THAT ACTUALLY HOLDS ALL DELETIONS AND THIS MEANS THAT THE DELETED VIDS CAN STILL CAUSE THEM TO GET INTO TROUBLE!!!!!!

So I just needed to DOUBLE-BACK and PUT THAT OUT THERE TO YOU. So you see HOW THINGS HAD BEEN SET FROM THE START ON TWITCH, where...?

They DIDN'T MAKE IT A MANDATORY CLICK TO AGREE TO USE REQUIREMENT. THAT ALL OF ITS USERS AGREE NOT TO USE MUSIC THEY DON'T OWN. And of course THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE THAT SO THAT THEY WOULDN'T SCARE PEOPLE AWAY.

They DIDN'T DOUBLE BACK AROUND TO THIS ONCE THEY BECAME A STABLE SOCIAL-MEDIA PLATFORM.

THEY DIDN'T TAKE PRECAUTIONS AND SET THINGS UP FOR THE FUTURE SO THEY COULD ADDRESS THE ISSUE WHETHER YOU'D BEEN INFORMED AS A TWITCH-USER OR NOT, you know, since YOUTUBE already goes through this & went through it and Facebook already WILL MUTE ANYTHING THEY THINK YOU DON'T OWN OR IS NOT BEYOND THE COPYRIGHT YEARS OF LEGAL-PROTECTION!

Why is ANY OF THIS IMPORTANT...!?

Because BLACK-AMERICAN BASED PLATFORMS WON'T GET ALL OF THESE DO-OVERS AND OMISSIONS FROM COMPANIES AND THE GOVERNMENT FOR HAVING COUNTLESS USERS BREAKING THE LAW ON THEM, that's why.

It highlights the Fact THAT NON-WHITES GET TRIAL-&-ERROR AND DEVELOPMENT PHASES AND R&D-TIME, Research-&-Development Time.
