Organic The illionaire - Why I Don't Deal With Black People @ The Workplace

I really loved this video but can You figure out WHY I loved this Video.

And I need to type this out that Our Ability TO CORRECTLY READ AND REACT.

READ AND ACT.

To Our Individual and Collective Situations and Circumstances.

Is completely thrown off!

The Root of this is as I have already typed;

Horribly Bad Black-American Parenting.

Our Children, Myself included when I was a Child, ESPECIALLY BLACK-BOYS.

Are not being told the Truth about Our Position AT ANY LEVEL.

Personally, as an Extended-Family. 

Thus Our Fathers-n-Mothers and Their Parents and then Aunts-Uncles-Cousins-etc!

And note the Fact that I typed that. Because of course My Purpose behind it is to remind Black-American Readers that the reason why We'd Survived up to this point was due to the Extended-Family Model.

Not the Nuclear-Family Model.

And I'm certain that White-Americans figured this out by at least the Roaring 1920's.

Where disassembling Our Usage of the Extended-Family was something looked over and thought about among Their Ranks of Power and plans were put into motion to put pressure on Us to drop the Extended-Family Model and adopt the Nuclear-Family Model.

Thus making Us easier prey for the Ruggedly-stupid Individualism that We see today in Black-American Families.

Locally, wherever We Live as Black-Americans as a Group.

State-Wide.

Fun-fact here is that Our People are only energized on state-wide levels when the Slaves among Us working for the Democratic-Party tell Us to Run Go Vote.

Yet simple things like Real Laws and Programs against Police-Brutality and Zero-Interest-Rate Business Bank Loans for Blacks are not even thought of or can't be done.

Yet We mobilize on a state-level to put people regardless of Their Race in office where They do nothing for Our Benefit and Our Benefit Alone.

And as an aside on Our Part...?

We don't do anything to force Them to do things for Our Benefit and Our Benefit Alone either.

So We get what We Deserve from trying to hide in plain sight.

Nationally!?

We have nothing.

There is no National-Agenda at all for Us, By Us, as Black-Americans. At least not one that will do anything to help Us.

So then when Organic the Illionaire creates the upcoming video am I supposed to be shocked or surprised or salty about it?
