He is being MISMANAGED by Le Jackass Brett Brown.
Who decided to keep Amir Johnson and sent Richaun Holmes packing to the Phoenix Suns.
He doesn't play Amir Johnson nor does He DEVELOP His 2nd-Unit so that Amir can engage in pick-n-rolls with TJ McConnell or Pick-n-Pops with Landry Shamet and Furkan Korkmaz for 3's and Mid-range Jumpers.

Brett Brown is a stereotypical.
Cookie-Cutter.
White-NBA Coach.
His Country of Origin means nothing, based off of what He is doing and showing as a coach.
He has Wilson Chandler starting when Wilson Chandler is now a bench player and was never a power-forward in mentality or skill-set.
He has brought in Mike Muscala, who is a damn-near 7-foot Stretch-4 and/or Stretch-5. Yet instead of STARTING HIM at Power-Forward, which I would MOST CERTAINLY DO! And no that is not a typo on My Part.

Joel Embiid needs to play about 25-minutes PER NIGHT.
With the Emphasis being THE 4TH-QUARTER.
He disappears right now due to EXHAUSTION.
And since I do not see My Own People as expendable. I am not going to DISREGARD His History and the Fact that this is HONESTLY HIS FIRST FULL-SEASON.
Let that sink in by the Way.
The Sixers bench is actually fine.
