This shit is crazy. I've had my share of experiences with watching Whites commit crimes and then skip away and then commit ANOTHER CRIME, then skip away. THEN COMMIT ANOTHER CRIME AnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnD usually get KILLED BY SOMEBODY THIS TIME! But the reality is they never should have been able to skip off the first two times, with EACH CRIME becoming more BRAZEN AND WORSE THE FIRST!
