I'm posting this because I just came back inside after having to have a talk with a Black-American Man who ended up confirming that HIS WHITE-BOSSES are aware of a situation & are letting the shit ride for as long as they can, WITH THE INTENT.
OF FIRING ANY BLACKS THAT GET CAUGHT SLIPPING WHEN THEY FINALLY DECIDE TO FUCKIN ACT...!
So he pointed out that since THEY ARE ONLY IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD DUE TO THIS 24/BUSINESS, they should be MORE MINDFUL of what They are doing when they go on break & come into Our Neighborhood.
He then pointed out that His Supervisor DID SAY SOMETHING TO THEM in a general-meeting, BUT ONLY TO ONE SECTION OF THE ENTIRE WAREHOUSE, meaning!?
The WHITES MADE SURE TO ONLY SPEAK TO HIS "DEPARTMENT", which was THE SMALLEST OF ALL THE DEPARTMENTS WORKING OUT OF THIS WAREHOUSE, meanwhile!?
The LARGEST SECTION ARE THE WAREHOUSE-WORKERS WHO ARE THE PROBLEM, he VERIFIED THAT THEY'VE SAID NOTHING TO THEM.

Which is TYPICAL for Whites.
So then HE CORRECTLY REALIZED "Wait!? They didn't say anything to them because THEY WANT TO GET RID OF THEM!"
Exactly.
So?
They will LET THEM KEEP BEING A PROBLEM.
Then OUT OF THE BLUE THEY WILL GET RID OF THEM!
They will then HIRE NEW WAREHOUSE-WORKERS BUT MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT THEY ARE NOT TO GO OUT INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON BREAKS & STAND AROUND SMOKING ON PEOPLE'S PROPERTY, BEING DISRUPTIVE, AND TOSSIN TRASH EVERYWHERE....
Now?
This SHOULD BE A GIVEN.
But this is why I keep stressing that People who DON'T OWN-NOR-CONTROL ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY OVER GENERATIONS OF TIME.
THEY END UP NOT CARING.
BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO REASON TO CARE, this is the part THAT WHITES DON'T HIGHLIGHT, NOR DO NIGGER-TRAITORS!
Because THAT MEANS YOU HAVE TO HAVE COMPASSION-&-UNDERSTANDING.
And People CAN'T WALK ALL OVER US & TREAT US LIKE SHIT IF THEY &/OR WE, ARE ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGING HOW BLACK-AMERICANS & BLACK-PEOPLE IN GENERAL, BECOME/BECAME, DESENSITIZED & UNCARING, about some of the most BASIC-FUNDAMENTALS OF LIFE.
This is also why I point out THAT CREATING OUR INFRASTRUCTURE IS CRITICAL. Because IT THEN GIVES US A MEANS TO REHABILITATE & RESTORE HUMAN-DECENCY BACK WITHIN OUR OWN RACIAL-RANKS.
This is ANOTHER REASON WHY WHITES DON'T WANT TO PAY US REPARATIONS. Because WE CAN THEN CREATE THE INFRASTRUCTURE WE NEED. STAFF IT WITH BLACK-PEOPLE WHO CAN ACTUALLY REACH-&-TEACH OUR PEOPLE, WHICH THEN WILL PRODUCE PRODUCTIVE BLACK-PEOPLE WHOSE ONLY GOALS WILL BE TO PRODUCE TANGIBLE-RESULTS FOR OTHER BLACK-PEOPLE...!
And that is why the Winter Soldier is scattered throughout this blog & especially applies to this post. Because it is about REMEMBERING WHO WE ARE & WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE IMPORTANT TO US & WHY.
I've really delved into EXPLAINING certain things-&-themes that I use here, but to put it BLUNTLY.

It is part of the reason why no one really delves into or thinks about what it would mean to fight for an empire where You are a 3rd-class citizen.
What would that mean, growing up in such an environment, and then being armed & allowed to fight against others for such a place...?
Just that much alone explains why there are various parts of American-military history where Black-American Troops are able to excel....
At a frightening pace.
And it is because when put into A MILITARY SITUATION?
Where they can now LEGALLY TAKE OUT THEIR FRUSTRATIONS ON AN "enemy force".

This was why from the American Civil War till the End of the Vietnam War.
White-Americans?
Have always feared.
Armed-&-trained.
Black-American soldiers.
Because They know that We shouldn't be helping Them do anything to keep this place going.
And all that in a nutshell is what just finished being discussed between Myself & this Younger Black-American Man.
Where I REMINDED HIM to REMIND the other Black-Workers "Don't make YOURSELF EXPENDABLE. Being frustrated, being OUT OF TOUCH, it happens. But when You get TOLD WHAT IS WHAT, now...? It's on You. So I've warned Them, the rest is on You and Them, because Your White-Employers are aware of the Problems. But are looking at HOW TO MAKE THE PROBLEM HELP THEM ELIMINATE THEIR PROBLEM, which is most of You."

I DID NOT ABSOLVE THEM OF THEIR SHITTY-BEHAVIOR.
But I pointed out THAT THEIR WHITE-EMPLOYERS AREN'T EVEN MAKING AN ATTEMPT TO ENFORCE POLICY SO THAT THE PROBLEM/S STOP, instead THEY ARE USING THE SITUATION. To ALLOW MORE SHITTY-BEHAVIOR.
WHILE GATHERING EVIDENCE.
SO THEY CAN THEN GET RID OF THE BLACK-EMPLOYEES WHO ARE PROBLEMS.
Instead of following THE NORMAL GUIDELINES OF BUILDING UP TOWARDS TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT.

If They BEGIN handing out punishments PER THEIR OWN GUIDELINES, then the Black-Employees will FALL INTO PROPER ORDER TO AVOID BEING FIRED AS THEY PILE UP INFRACTIONS, however!?
In TYPICAL FASHION.
Now that the issue was brought to THEIR ATTENTION?
They decided to give ONE QUICK WARNING, TO THE SMALLEST DEPARTMENT.
Then ALLOW THE ACTUAL PROBLEM-PEOPLE TO KEEP ACTING OUT.
They ARE gathering all that they need TO THEN COME OUT OF LEFT FIELD WITH "OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE" OF VIOLATIONS, which would then allow for them TO FIRE SAID BLACK-EMPLOYEES ALL IN ONE FELL SWOOP!

This is who FOOLS, wasted Their Lives, trying to integrate with, and lemme be clear...!?
This same shit IS DONE BY WHITES.
To other Whites.
AND ANYONE ELSE AS WELL.
So this isn't some random-happenstance.
This isn't something that We as Blacks should be even attempting to hope to change.
It is merely proof-positive that We need to create Our Own Infrastructure, so We can INSULATE OURSELVES FROM SUCH DIRTY-TACTICS.
