'Harvard Law School graduate, Randall Robinson’s book, The Debt: What America Owes to Blacks, he spoke about being filled with pride getting in there until reading Frantz and more and then noticing the school's crest on his sweater and in those halls. He spoke about throwing that sweater away.
The school’s seal includes three bushels of wheat, which also appears on the coat of arms for the family of Isaac Royall, a slaveholder who left part of his estate to Harvard to help found the law school.
The Royall family, whose estate can still be visited today, was the largest slaveholding family in Massachusetts. Royall’s father was also known to be a cruel slave owner. Today According to the letter students wrote, he was responsible for burning 77 slaves alive and torturing and murdering others.
“Harvard Law School was founded on the exploited labor, broken bones, and ashes of enslaved human beings,” the students wrote. The students were successful this year, in getting Harvard to change their racist logo.

What do You think has been taught throughout the centuries at the Harvard Law School with its roots coming from Black-American enslavement & then THEIR LITERAL COAT OF ARMS SHOWING SLAVES CARRYING WHEAT, where...?
It took till 2021, THE END, of 2021, for somebody to finally say "Hey...? What is on Our Logo here for Our School?"
And note I called it A LOGO.

It CREATES ITS OWN MENTAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL MESSAGE & IMPACT, which is LESS THAN THAT of a Coat of Arms.
