Prelude to Lashid4u's Review of Rachel Dolezal

Here is the video by Lashid4u where she honestly breaks down THE ENTIRE Rachel Dolezal Affair. And when I say she breaks it down I MEAN SHE DISSECTS THE BULLSHIT THIS BITCH HAS DONE OVER THE LAST DECADE! Now!? Why is this IMPORTANT? Because Whites DO NOT TOLERATE BEING TRICKED BY ANYONE WHO PRETENDS TO BE WHITE.

In all honesty there is nothing to talk about.

Because THIS BITCH, is PROOF POSITIVE TO OTHER BLACK AMERICANS IN PARTICULAR ON WHO IT IS WHO HAS ACTUALLY PROFITED FROM THE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAMS OF NAZI-AMERICA.

It is a KNOWN. FACT! That WHITE AMERICAN WOMEN HAVE ENJOYED THE ABSOLUTE BIGGEST GAINS AND ADVANTAGES IN SOCIETY SINCE THE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM WAS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE SEX IN 1967. Here are some BASICS on Nazi-American Affirmative Action;
The concept of affirmative action was introduced in the early 1960s in the United States, as a way to combat racial discrimination in the hiring process and, in 1967, the concept was expanded to include sex. Affirmative action was first created from Executive Order 10925, which was signed by President John F. Kennedy on 6 March 1961 and required that government employers "not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, or national origin" and "take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin".[67]
On 24 September 1965, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed Executive Order 11246, thereby replacing Executive Order 10925 and affirming Federal Government's commitment "to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a positive, continuing program in each executive department and agency".[4] Affirmative action was extended to women by Executive Order 11375 which amended Executive Order 11246 on 13 October 1967, by adding "sex" to the list of protected categories. In the U.S. affirmative action's original purpose was to pressure institutions into compliance with the nondiscrimination mandate of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.[11][68] The Civil Rights Acts do not cover veterans, people with disabilities, or people over 40. These groups are protected from discrimination under different laws.[69]
Affirmative action has been the subject of numerous court cases,[70] and has been questioned upon its constitutional legitimacy. In 2003, a Supreme Court decision regarding affirmative action in higher education (Grutter v. Bollinger, 539 US 244 – Supreme Court 2003) permitted educational institutions to consider race as a factor when admitting students.[71] Alternatively, some colleges use financial criteria to attract racial groups that have typically been under-represented and typically have lower living conditions. Some states such as California (California Civil Rights Initiative), Michigan (Michigan Civil Rights Initiative), and Washington (Initiative 200) have passed constitutional amendments banning public institutions, including public schools, from practicing affirmative action within their respective states. Conservative activists have alleged that colleges quietly use illegal quotas to increase the number of minorities and have launched numerous lawsuits to stop them.[72]
Affirmative action in the United States tends to focus on issues such as education and employment, specifically granting special consideration to racial minorities and women who have been historically excluded groups in America.[1] Reports have shown that minorities and women have faced discrimination in schools and businesses for many years and this discrimination produced unfair advantages for white males in education and employment.[2] The impetus toward affirmative action is redressing the disadvantages[3][4][5][6][7] associated with overt historical discrimination.[8] Further impetus is a desire to ensure public institutions, such as universities, hospitals, and police forces, are more representative of the populations they serve.[9]
Affirmative action is a subject of controversy. Some policies adopted as affirmative action, such as racial quotas or gender quotas for collegiate admission, have been criticized as a form of reverse discrimination, and such implementation of affirmative action has been ruled unconstitutional by the majority opinion of Gratz v. Bollinger. Affirmative action as a practice was upheld by the Supreme Court's decision in Grutter v. Bollinger in 2003.[10] Affirmative action policies were developed in order to correct decades of discrimination stemming from the Reconstruction era by granting disadvantaged minorities opportunities.[11] Many believe that the diversity of current American society suggests that affirmative action policies succeeded and are no longer required.[11] Opponents of affirmative action argue that these policies are outdated and lead to reverse discrimination which entails favoring one group over another based upon racial preference rather than achievement.[12]
The phrase "affirmative action" is also used in executive orders relating to equal opportunity employment measures that Federal contractors and subcontractors are legally required to adopt.[13][14] Qualifying efforts may include outreach campaigns, targeted recruitment, employee and management development, and employee support programs.[14]

Affirmative Action Has Helped White Women More Than Anyone

In the coming days, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule in a potentially landmark case on the constitutionality of affirmative action. The original lawsuit was filed on behalf of Abigail Fisher, a woman who claims that she was denied admission to the University of Texas because she is white. But study after study shows that affirmative action helps white women as much or even more than it helps men and women of color. Ironically, Fisher is exactly the kind of person affirmative action helps the most in America today.
Originally, women weren’t even included in legislation attempting to level the playing field in education and employment. The first affirmative-action measure in America was an executive order signed by President Kennedy in 1961 requiring that federal contractors “take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin.” In 1967, President Johnson amended this, and a subsequent measure included sex, recognizing that women also faced many discriminatory barriers and hurdles to equal opportunity. Meanwhile, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 only included sex in the list of prohibited forms of discrimination because conservative opponents of the legislation hoped that including it would sway moderate members of Congress to withdraw their support for the bill. Still, in a nation where white women and black people were once considered property — not allowed to own property themselves and not allowed to vote — it was clear to all those who were seeking fairness and opportunity that both groups faced monumental obstacles. (That entire paragraph was scummy. Whitewomen were NOT SLAVES. They also COULD INHERIT their Whiteman-husbands slaves, these are the deceptive tactics that Whitewomen use to pretend like they have anything in common with us as Black People. To put US, in the same COMMONALITY AS THEM, is insulting. Because Whitewomen have killed entire families of Blacks either through lies or outright ordering the deaths of Black People because THEY CAN.)
While people of color, individually and as groups, have been helped by affirmative action in the subsequent years, data and studies suggest women — white women in particular — have benefited disproportionately. According to one study, in 1995, 6 million women, the majority of whom were white, had jobs they wouldn’t have otherwise held but for affirmative action.
Another study shows that women made greater gains in employment at companies that do business with the federal government, which are therefore subject to federal affirmative-action requirements, than in other companies — with female employment rising 15.2% at federal contractors but only 2.2% elsewhere. And the women working for federal-contractor companies also held higher positions and were paid better.
Even in the private sector, the advancements of white women eclipse those of people of color. After IBM established its own affirmative-action program, the numbers of women in management positions more than tripled in less than 10 years. Data from subsequent years show that the number of executives of color at IBM also grew, but not nearly at the same rate.
The successes of white women make a case not for abandoning affirmative action but for continuing it. (Note; The author is making it clear that the Affirmative Action Program has been hijacked by Whitewomen and instead of calling for A REMOVAL OF WHITEWOMEN FROM IT, she pushes for more Whitewomen to continue to dominate something where they have no business even being able to access Affirmative Action) As the numbers in the Senate and the Fortune 500 show, Whitewomen (I added Whitewomen and changed it from women, because the author has made it clear she is pushing the agenda of Whitewomen, but tries to hide by claiming that 'all women' still face whatever when she knows only Whitewomen are actually making advancements in any of this) still face barriers to equal participation in leadership roles. Of course, the case for continuing affirmative action for people of color is even greater. The median wealth of white households is 20 times that of black households. Researchers found that the same résumé for the same job application will get twice as many callbacks for interviews if the name on the résumé is Greg instead of Jamal. School districts spend more on predominantly white schools than predominantly black schools. The fact that black workers earn, on average, 35% less than white workers in the same job isn’t erased by the election of an African-American President — one who, by the way, openly praises the role of affirmative action in his life and accomplishments.
As for Fisher, there is ample evidence that she just wasn’t qualified to get into the University of Texas. After all, her grades weren’t that great, and the year she applied for the university, admissions there were actually more competitive than Harvard’s. In its court filings, the university has pointed out that even if Fisher received a point for race, she still wouldn’t have met the threshold for admissions. Yes, it is true that in the same year, the University of Texas made exceptions and admitted some students with lower grades and test scores than Fisher. FIVE, ONLY FIVE, of those students were black or Latino. Forty-two, FORTY-TWO,  were white. (So much for Affirmative Action, also of the-5, they were either Black or Latino, which means there was a good chance that ONLY 1 OR 2 BLACK PEOPLE GOT IN, but Whites scream about Affirmative Action is destroying their ability to get jobs, and get into schools and, just destroy this negative-gain program and be done with it. So fuckin childish it is pathetic. Pathetic to watch a people so fuckin petty and childish and paranoid do everything they can to constantly cockblock and bullshit, then scream they're the victim. As they kill you on all fronts.)
So now as I've said before, Whites don't give anything away for free. They do these same things TO EACH OTHER and CARRIED THIS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD as they colonized and conquered and killed whomever or whatever was in the way so that they could EXPLOIT WHEREVER THEY LANDED AT. The worse part is, that in the above articles you find that Affirmative Action was INITIALLY an EXECUTIVE ORDER. But you still see THE SAME THING, it has NO CLEAR REPRESENTATION THAT IT WAS STRICTLY FOR US AND THAT MEANS...!? That when the White Presidents made these "helpful decisions" they MADE SURE to make it so that Affirmative Action WAS NOT DIRECTLY CENTERED AROUND BLACK AMERICANS, WHICH WAS THE REASON WHY THE EXECUTIVE ORDERS WERE GIVEN IN THE FIRST PLACE!

So now, what does THAT MEAN? It means that just like the youtube with Admiral Ackbar from Return of the Jedi, the entire, whole, FUCKIN THING!?

I have literally walked you from the start of the Nazi-American Affirmative Action Program and showed you EXACTLY how it can be used to divide us as Black Americans. Then shown you the facts that are universally understood that if you have stable women, but unstable men, the very nature of women can then be used to make matters worse between the targeted-group simply by continuing to provide opportunities to the women, while stiff-arming the men. For all of the current bitching-&-moaning about Blackmen and Feminism and the stupidity of Blackmen marrying Whitewomen and swearing they've done something besides sell themselves out and create a situation where they can be destroyed at any time or have their accumulated wealth, assets, children & very freedom, taken from them on a whim by said Whitewoman.

All of these things stem from just one starting building-block of an executive order, intentionally set-up so that it can be used as a weapon AGAINST Our People at any time and any place, by Whites. Meanwhile? We are now seeing that pushing Blackwomen has actually pushed them into an almost literal No-Blackman's Land, because women do not evaluate suitable mates in MEN, the way a man evaluates a suitable mate in a WOMAN. A man will take risks, lord I know too much about that one, if HE BELIEVES that the woman is worth it, however? A woman is normally STRINGENT in her choice of men unless she has no choice, thus the reason why unwed and out of wedlock births are so large among POOR BLACKWOMEN. Because they don't have enough stability WITHIN THEMSELVES TO SUSTAIN THEMSELVES, but also!? THE BLACKMEN AROUND THEM DON'T HAVE ANYTHING EITHER. So now, neither.

This Dolezal Dirtbag, she did what she did because she was using Affirmative Action, which is CURRENTLY pushing Blackwomen because WHITEMEN? They have dialed back their ALLOWANCE of Whitewomen advancing from Affirmative Action and Rachel Dolezal saw that, recognized it, and then TRANSFORMED HERSELF into a Blackwoman so she could continue to ride the Whiteman's Affirmative Action Gravy-Train. This bitch is SHREWD. And EVIL. And I can GUARANTEE YOU that not one soul among OUR SO-CALLED BLACK LEADERS who have addressed this issue has looked at the fact of what I have posted. But when you take the articles I've posted here where a Whitewoman tried to sue for admissions and claimed that it was because of this-&-that that she didn't get into that University, when the reality was the Affirmative Action program had GOTTEN A WHOLE LOTTA WHITEWOMEN IN BEFORE HER. And then?

Her dumb-ass was DUMB. That was why she failed to get in. She got caught-up like Dylan Roof, because Whites have SO MANY SCAMS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME, the Whites themselves can't fuckin figure out what the fuck is going on at certain levels. But Rachel Dolezal? She was able to see that Whitemen? Started pushing BLACKWOMEN in the early 2000's and MYSTERIOUSLY?
She then became a Blackwoman. MARK MY WORDS. When Whites see that Blackwomen get a clue and buy a vowel and decide to solve this puzzle and say:
"I'm gonna open Black businesses and put My People back to work, cuz I'm getting this push right now so let me hop to it!"

The moment that happens?
They will END the push they got going towards Blackwomen.
The bad part is that Whites? Not very original. They don't honestly change their tactics. They rely on the targeted-group to WILLINGLY help destroy themselves. I am going to put Lashid4u's video in the next post since this post is long enough. If you've read this far, then I thank you for your time.
