Then going quiet for a month or so and then murdering again. The Murders have ranged from exactly what happened to Jazmine Barnes, where the Black-American Victims are LITERALLY KILLED WITHOUT WARNING!

And the White-Stalker flees the scene IMMEDIATELY!

Or the  Black-American Victim is lynched!
