Ray Rice 0

Good Morning from Upper Darby!

Just finished a 50 minute DDP-Yoga Workout called the Diamond Cutter. Then came across this article. There is SO MUCH to talk about in regards to Ray Rice on SOOOOOOOOOOOH MANY LEVELS. There is SO MUCH that has come out about his relationship with his now wife Jenay Rice where I am seeing once again that for some reason there are just certain types of women who just don't get how fuckin hard it is to make it up from nothing regardless of what race or place you come from as a man. Where having the wrong woman at your side just makes your life so much fuckin harder when you are a self-made man dealing with a petty woman that you love.

Too much to post, as usual, while I am finishing up from Child to Man. I've picked out an excerpt that I am going to post and I haven't forgotten about the Age of Ultron Review where now most of the planet has seen this movie so I won't worry about spoiling shit. Either you've seen the movie or you haven't.

Coming back around a lot has come out that now shows thanks to Jenay Rice's own words that she was a selfish woman who simply couldn't stand being on the back-burner of attention at any given moment and would routinely attention-whore regardless of whatever kind of damage or problems it would cause for Ray Rice. Like I've said before about myself, I ended up where I was at because I kept on making excuses for My Ex-Wife's behavior and then when I went to divorce her she then claimed I'd beaten her. It would take 10-years of work on my part and the work I did at the onset where judges now give her the side-eye and ignore what she says because it is now obvious that she'd lied back then. Mind you it would have been nice if these people had done their fuckin job then, but also?

Because I'd kept making excuses for her and thinking that somehow loving her more and showing her the way to do things right would help things along, when it wouldn't and it didn't. As I've said before you have a lot of Present-Day Fools who will claim that my thinking was womanly, when we all know and have been in situations as men at some point or another where we have honestly loved a woman and wanted things to work out. But she just can't stay in her lane and fly-right. She's high-maintenance and low results, but whenever she does manage to hit the mark everything clicks and everything is great but it never lasts!

Fools like to try to talk shit and pretend like they've never been in a relationship where she just isn't ever gonna get it no matter what we as a man say or do or provide or talk to her about it or teach her how to handle herself and certain situations, it just isn't there for any sustainable amount of time and Jenay Rice has proven that she is and was one of these types of women who honestly SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE A GOOD WOMAN. But she's too self-absorbed and constantly attention-whoring and trolling for more and more of the spotlight with no care, concern or consideration that you can't hog up all of your man's time just because you have either low self-esteem or you're just a closet narcissist.

Here is the first article;

Judge dismissed domestic violence charges against Ray Rice

AP - Sports

MAYS LANDING, N.J. (AP) -- A judge on Thursday dismissed domestic violence charges against Ray Rice, who was captured by a surveillance camera knocking his then-fiancee unconscious in a hotel elevator last year.
Judge Michael Donio signed the order after the Atlantic County prosecutor told him the former Baltimore Ravens running back had completed the terms of his pretrial intervention.
Under terms of the program, Rice paid $125 in fines and received anger management counseling.
Rice was charged with third-degree aggravated assault. His attorney described what happened in February 2014 at Atlantic City's Revel Casino Hotel as ''little more than a misunderstanding.''
However, Rice's promising career with the NFL turned after TMZ released videos that showed him dragging his fiancee, Janay Palmer, out of the elevator after he struck her.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell initially suspended Rice for two games, then suspended him indefinitely after a second video revealed the knockout punch.
Rice appealed, and an arbitrator reinstated him. However, Rice has yet to sign with a team.
Rice's admission into the state's pretrial interview program drew criticism.
Only 70 of the more than 15,000 domestic violence assault cases adjudicated from 2010 to 2013 in New Jersey's Superior Court were admitted into the pretrial intervention program, according to records obtained by The Associated Press.
New Jersey guidelines advise that those who commit violent crimes should ''generally be rejected'' from the program, but Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain, who handled the case, says he signed off on it after reviewing the circumstances and consulting with Palmer, who married Ray Rice after a grand jury indicted him.
The intervention program is seen as a key tool as the state tries to keep low-level suspects out of jail.
Defendants can have charges dismissed if they meet all the program's conditions, which can include random urine testing, community service and restitution. PTI supervision averages from one to three years, according to the state.
Of the 15,029 people charged with assault in domestic violence cases from 2010 to 2013, 8,203 had their cases dismissed or downgraded to a lower court, according to the data provided by the state judiciary. Nearly 3,100 pleaded guilty, 13 were found guilty at trial and nine were found not guilty.
