SHOUT OUT TO LIONEL HOLLINS...!

Good Morning from Philadelphia!

I haven't gone to sleep yet! Decided to post this and then get back to typing. Gotta give a shout out to coach Lionel Hollins of the Brooklyn Nets!
This man single-handedly took the previous team he coached, the HORRIBLE Memphis Grizzlies and turned them into a Western Powerhouse playing basketball from the inside-out, EXCEPTIONAL DEFENSE and a dominate 1-2 punch from the 5 (Center-position) and the 4 (Power Forward-position) with Marc Gasol and Zack Randolph and the then EMERGING Mike Conley as their point guard at the 1 spot. Tony Allen at the 2 spot (Shooting Guard).
Why have I decided to post this at this hour?
Because this brother worked his ass off for the shitty-ass Grizzlies who used to be known as the Vancouver Grizzlies and were the 2nd Canadian-based NBA Team but ended up failing in Vancouver and eventually relocating to Memphis Tennessee here in the United States. When nobody in their right mind could withstand trying to coach the Memphis Grizzlies for any extended period of time, Lionel Hollins took the job and worked his ass off to build with what he had. He did two interim coach stints with them before finally being made their ACTUAL COACH YEARS LATER.
Hollins worked his ass off and actually turned the Memphis Grizzlies into a LEGITIMATE THREAT in the Western Conference even knocking off the Vaunted San Antonio Spurs in THE FIRST ROUND. He ultimately got the Grizzlies to the Western Conference Finals 2012 - 2013 season before losing to the Spurs that year. The shitty greedy stupid Memphis Ownership and "upper management" did not renew his contract after all of the work that he did to make their crappy team a legitimate contender, because like MOST BLACKS in the NBA Lionel Hollins saw that the newest White-scheme running was Analytics. A shitty-new-excuse for White Americans to try to hold on to their upper management positions in the NBA as more and more of the NBA is dominated by Black American Basketball Players who are AGGRESSIVELY SEEKING MORE POWER ONCE THEIR PLAYING DAYS ARE OVER. And not just as coaches, but as General Managers, Directors of Basketball Operations and ultimately as OWNERS OF AN NBA FRANCHISE.
This undercurrent power struggle is rarely talked about but sometimes explodes to the surface in both the NBA and the NFL where Black Americans are the mass majority of THE PLAYERS. But are a BLATANTLY BIZARRE MASS MINORITY OF OWNERSHIP AND UPPER MANAGEMENT. The rise of Analytics, something that was and has become sort of a big deal IN AMERICAN BASEBALL, where Black Participation is DAMN NEAR NON-EXISTENT ON PURPOSE, slow ass fuckin boring game that it is. Analytics made some actual sense in baseball, TO A DEGREE. But the migration of this ANNOYING BULLSHIT STALL TACTIC TO BASKETBALL?
God it has been a goddamn annoying disaster.
I knew that Analytics would become the catalyst in the NBA to begin once again creating a new MOAT that Whites could pull up the drawbridge to the Castle of Power and use that to hide behind. Where numbers and track-charts and bullshit become more important than the actual players playing the game and using common sense and hand's-on to coach players and work with them. Does this pattern of dehumanization sound SLIGHTLY FAMILIAR? -_-
In the chart above featuring Ray Allen, some asshole came up with this SHIT, where!? Unless you're totally fuckin CLUELESS AND STUPID! Ray Allen is ONE OF THE GREATEST 3-POINT SHOOTERS OF ALL TIME. The left and right corners ARE THE SHORTEST 3-POINT LINE DISTANCES TO MAKE A BASKET. Even the CRAPPIEST 3-point shooter knows to run to the corners and shoot a 3-pointer from there, but somehow!? I need THE ABOVE CHART TO KNOW that the Greatest 3-Point Shooter of all time IS GONNA HAVE A HIGHER FREQUENCY OF MAKING 3'S IN THE CORNER!? It is this kind of fuckin insulting "WHITE LOGIC" that leads to Black American FRUSTRATION! The dumbest NBA fan already knows Ray Allen is a knockdown 3-point shooter, why the FUCK DO I NEED A COMPUTER AND SOME GRAPH-CHARTS TO TELL ME THIS SHIT!? I don't!
Lionel Hollins was especially AGAINST Analytics and the Memphis Management used THIS AS THE EXCUSE TO NOT RENEW HIS CONTRACT. What he needed on his team was a BETTER BENCH. He needed more scoring and better 3-point shooting for his second unit from off the bench. I didn't need a fuckin computer and some goddamn pie-charts to tell me that! I honestly wanted him to win it all that last year because he knew and all of the Memphis Grizzlies fans knew that their so-called Team Owners and GM were going to KNIFE HIM IN THE BACK! Over the worlds SHITTIEST EXCUSE TO FIRE THE MAN WHO MADE YOUR TEAM RELEVANT. This is part of why I am giving him this shout out this morning and typing this post, because HE DESERVES IT. But he also deserved much better than the bullshit he got from the Grizzlies and the bullshit he just got from those SHITTY-ASS NETS PLAYERS DERON WILLIAMS, JOE JOHNSON AND EVEN BROOK LOPEZ!
Brook Lopez should have just destroyed the shitty Atlanta Hawks, who are by far the worst fraud team I've ever seen and the Lionel Hollins coached Nets should have been able to prove that if the 3-fools I typed above hadn't fuckin quit on him. Never in my life have I seen players QUIT! WHEN THEY STILL COULD WIN. Deron Williams? God what a fuckin fraud. And Joe Johnson? Pathetic. Brooke Lopez should have been MORE VOCAL. DEMANDED THE BALL MORE. DEMANDED THAT THEY JUST KEEP GIVING HIM THE FUCKIN BALL TILL THE FUCKIN ATLANTA HAWKS JUST FUCKIN QUIT! He's too fuckin TIMID! To be that GODDAMN BIG! Watching Coach Hollins BEGGING THEM TO BELIEVE THAT THEY COULD WIN, WHEN THEY WERE ONLY DOWN BY 2 OR 3 POINTS?
-_-
Pathetic.
And Coach Hollins deserved BETTER THAN THAT. But he took that Brooklyn Nets team, got them to work well enough where he showed that he could push them AND COACH THEM ENOUGH to the point where THEY SHOULD HAVE WON THAT 1ST ROUND SERIES AGAINST ATLANTA. But Coach Hollins playing days are long behind him and watching those DOGS! QUIT ON HIM! And seeing Deron Williams just fuck-up and fuck-up and FUCK-UP! Then Joe Johnson? >_< Clutch my ass! CLUTCH THESE NUTS, BITCH! YOU SUCK! Brook Lopez has the ability and talent but it is CRYSTAL CLEAR he doesn't have THE MIND-SET TO DOMINATE! He's just too timid. Bitch-ass. And yes I just called a 7'3" grown-ass man a bitch-ass. All I have to do IS STEP ON HIS FEET AND ONE OF THEM WILL BREAK AND THEN I CAN FLEX AND SHOW HOW TOUGH I AM! Cuz I injured a guy who is always injured because of his FEET!

Bottom line is, Coach Hollins only took that Nets job because HE WAS DESPERATE TO GET BACK INTO COACHING. Which he shouldn't need to feel worried about whether he can get another chance or not after the GREAT JOB he did in Memphis. So here is to you Coach Hollins, hopefully they GET RID OF THE BITCH-ASSES and give you some real players that you don't have to treat like BABIES when the game is still fuckin winnable but they're too busy moping and whining, because they've got to go out there AND GO GET IT! THEY GOTTA GO GET IT JUST LIKE YOU DID!

Nets coach Lionel Hollins: Deron Williams no longer a franchise player

by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
Nets coach Lionel Hollins said that his point guard Deron Williams is a solid player, but shouldn't be expected to be a franchise player any longer.
"He's not a franchise player anymore," Hollins said during his exit interview Saturday morning, per ESPN. "He's a good player, he's a solid player, but I don't think he's a franchise player anymore. That's just my opinion. He's a good player. I'm proud of the way he's bounced back and played, and there's so much pressure on him to be a franchise player, and everybody talks about a franchise player, but we need to have a franchise team.
"That means we have everybody going out there and playing hard, playing together, sharing the ball. If a guy is open, he makes a shot. If a guy is not open, he passes to another guy and he makes the shot. To me, that's what basketball is about. It's not about a franchise player. I mean, those guys come along once in a lifetime, and everybody doesn't get a chance to coach one. When you don't have one, you can't say you can't win. There are teams that have won championships without franchise players, what everyone considers a franchise player. I'm not worried about that. That's something you guys talk about and worry about. I worry about us going out there and playing hard, playing together and trying to scratch and claw to win a game. That's what it's all about."
This isn't the first time Williams has been criticized for his inconsistent play and his injury-riddled run with the Nets over the past three seasons. Future Hall of Fame forward Paul Pierce spoke candidly back in April about his disastrous season with Williams and the Nets a year ago, calling it "horrible."
"Before I got there, I looked at Deron as an MVP candidate," Pierce said in an ESPN interview with Jackie MacMullan. "But I felt once we got there, that's not what he wanted to be. He just didn't want that. ... I think a lot of the pressure got to him sometimes. This was his first time in the national spotlight. The media in Utah is not the same as the media in New York."
Williams lost his starting role to Jarrett Jack from late December to early February this season while he recovered from a rib injury. He also dealt with a severe case of tendinitis throughout the season and finished his 2014-15 campaign averaging a career-worst 13.0 points, 6.6 assists and 3.5 rebounds in 68 games (55 starts).
The Nets entered the postseason as an eighth seed and were bounced out of the first round by Atlanta. Williams was held to only 11.8 points and 5.5 assists while shooting 39.1 percent from the field in the series.
